Once I got home, went straight to the bathroom to take a shower then dive into applying for jobs.
Sent my résumé to 3 companies and now I'm just binge watching horror movies on Netflix. At about past 3 in the afternoon I got a call from an unknown number... Hmm....weird, I picked it up "Am I on to Ms. Cooper? " said the irritatingly calm male voice,"Yes,and how may she help you? "I mean I was getting pissed for no reason, but this person had better have a good reason for calling at this time. "I'll like to talk to you about the résumé you just sent in, listen attentively please. You'll be granted the opportunity to work with Stones corporation if you could follow this step" I was feeling elated, I mean I just sent my application in today and I'm getting a job already? Damn... I better take my chances now"What would that step be sir? ". I hope I don't sound happy in the phone "Ms. Cooper you'll have to resume to work 8:00 am Monday morning, I'm sure you have quality time to plan and decide if you want the job, our ex-clerk just resigned and we need someone to fill in her position real quick,is that fine with you Ms. Cooper? " "Anything is fine with me sir, thanks for calling I'll gladly take the job and I'll be at work 8:00 an Monday morning sir thanks again" Oh..my... days... "You're welcome MS. Copper,now have a nice day and I'll see you here Monday morning, my name is Anthony Beverly by the way and nice talking to you bye". And with that I have to go celebrate, I think I know the best place for that, time to wear my special body hug dress and my "come fuck me" shoes, who knows...luck might still be on my side and I'll find Mr. Right tonight. I got dressed,sweet.....I look nice and ready to go. I stepped out and it was pretty late already so...i guess the bachelors bar would be open, I got in my car and zoomed off. I got there 20 minutes later,i might've ignored a few traffic lights.... Who knows? No one.. Oh joy! I got into the bar without any trouble and it was already in full swing,now to get a drink and flirt with some guy. Time to go!
