We walked out of our house and headed down the street. We had to get to a caffè which was about five minutes away from where we were. I walked next to Chloe and felt so happy just because I knew she was there. I wanted to talk but didn't know how to start a conversation. "Em Chlo?"
I quietly said.

"Yes?" She looked at me with those big blue eyes.

"I don't really know if I want to meat him." I whispered looking up at her. Chloe is taller and a few years older than me.

"Don't worry. I am here with you and if something happens we'll just leave. Okay?" She asked.

"Okay." I quietly said.

We walked up to the caffe. She took my hand as we walked in and looked around. Thank God Jesse wasn't here yet. We sat at a large table next to a small window with a beautiful view outside of it.

I saw Jesse walking in. He waved at me and walked towards our table. He's girlfriend was really good looking. She had long black hair almost to her waist and green eyes. I could already see what Jesse saw in her. Plus she probably liked movies.

Thay sat across us. Jesse introduced me and Chloe to his Girlfriend whose name was Eliana.

"So do you like movies?" That was my first question turning to Eliana.

"I actually met Jesse in a movie marathon. Why are you asking?"
She said.

"Because I never liked them and it was quite hard for Jesse to understand me." I winked at them.

Chloe was sitting silently while we all talked about life and work. I looke up to her. She was looking out the window. I reached up and took some of her bright hair of from her face. She looked at me.

"Yes?" Chloe asked and looked like she came back into reality. "Sorry." She said looking down at her plate.

Everything was going really good. We got our cakes and coffees, we talked about everything and Chloe joined our conversations. At one point on the radio the song -Flashlight- came on. I looked at Chloe and we both started just singing and making our dance moves to this song. Flashlight was written by one of our a cappella friends and we performed it once. We were singing our hearts out and I looked up at Jesse who was standing up and taking his coat. I saw them walking away from our table.

"You are weird!" I heard him say as he walked out of the caffe taking his girlfriend's heand.

The song ended and I was left there staring at Chloe's hair. That was really awkward. I looked down at my plate. I still had a peace of cake to eat but I wasn't hungry anymore. I slowly pushed my plate to Chloe.

"You can have it. I'm not hungry." I said afraid to look at her.

She took her fork and started eating my peace of cake. I didn't know what to say.

"That was weird how he just walked away whiteout even a goodby." She finally said looking at me.

"I am happy you were her with me. It would of been really bad if he just left me alone." I said.

"He probably wouldn't have left you if I wasn't here." She whispered and I could hear disappointment in her voice.

"He asked me to take someone so I took you. What's wrong with that? " I asked angrily.

"I don't think he was expecting for you to take me." She whispered again.

"Why? He told me to take someone not my boyfriend." I looked at her with a confused look on my face.

"But he was expecting you taking your boyfriend not your best friend." She said with more confidence in her voice than before.

"Yeah, but I don't have a boyfriend!" We both laughed.

She looks so cute when she laughs. That doesn't happen everyday but when it does I can't not smile.

She finished with her cake and we got up to go home. We walked out in the sun and walked down the green pavement.

Just as we walked into our flat Chloe got a call from Fat Amy.

"Where on earth where you Chloe?" She almost screamed. We both forgot to tell Amy that Chloe is going with me.

"I was with Beca!" She said taking of her coat and walking into the living room.

"How did it go?" Fat Amy asked me.

"He went away at one point. He didn't even say goodbye so I don't know." I answered her question and followed Chloe.

I walked into her room. Chloe was sitting on her bed with her face in her arms. I went over and sat next to her on the bed. I put my arm around her back. "Hey, Chlo?" I said as she took her face out of her arms.

"What's wrong?" I asked her and wiped a tear of from her cheek.

"I just can't. Everything is so complicated. I want to break up with Chicago and I'm going to that vet school . I don't even know if I want to go anywhere. I would rather sing. But we can't and that's upsetting me. We have to move on but..." she started crying.

I carefully hugged her. "You don't have to go anywhere. If you want to stay than do it. I will just be happy to spend more time with you." I whispered in Chloe's ear.
