Matthew's entire face turned a dark red. He didn't make eye contact as he tried to play it cool. "What???? Who told you a rumor like that... Sounds like absolute nonsense." It wasn't nonsense by any means though. Matthew just couldn't stand the thought of Matt not liking him back and It ruining their friendship. So he decided to just play it cool. It's a shame he couldn't keep secrets very well though.
