Morning Surpirse

Narrator's POV

Gay-rr----- I mean Garroth just woke up from blacking out. He was exhausted and everyone was out having the party he told them they could do. A little less in pain he got up when he heard someone.

"Up so soon? You shouldn't be moving brah." Garroth turned around and saw Blaze sitting on a chair with reading glasses and an upside-down book turned to the middle of the book. Blaze set the book down and took off his glasses, Garroth for some reason thought that he looked cute in the glasses either way. "Sit back down, or lay down if you want to. I'll get you what you need Garroth." Blaze said, taking Garroth's shoulders and putting him back down on the bed.

Garroth accepts sitting down, but his heart pumps faster when Blaze touches his shoulders.

"So what do you need? Anything in particular?" Blaze said, his hands curled into fists and resting on his hips, he tilted one ear and once more Garroth's heart beats faster. He looks in Blaze's eyes in marvel of what Garroth might become.

After a while of Garroth saying nothing, Blaze waved his hand in front of Garroth, "Hey, you okay? Do you need anything?"

Blaze's POV

Garroth's been acting weird since he woke up, I only use my glasses when I need to read or look like I'm reading and when he woke up I couldn't really see him. When I went to take them off my body maneuvered to make it look not so natural. What was I thinking?! What was I even doing?! I thought to myself but quickly snapped out of it since I was left in charge of someone who was literally in pain.

After I asked if he needed anything my ears kinda tilted in curiosity of what he was gonna say. I felt like I couldn't control my body at sometimes when I was around him, it was...weird. After a while I waved my hand in front of him to grab his attention.

"Hey, you okay? Do you need anything?" Garroth looked like he was spacing out and then just snapped out of it immediately. 

"Ya, uh. What time is it?" Garroth stumbled a little to find his words and when he did I just looked at him a little confused.

"Around 7 AM," I said looking at my watch. "The others still aren't back yet though. Maybe they booked a place there to rest for the night." I informed Garroth.

Garroth's POV

When Blaze got my attention I just fumbled trying to find some excuse to why I wanted to walk around earlier, but in my head my mind just went blank and came up with some cheesy line 'All I want it you.' ((throw in the Lenny faces all you want)).

I finally thought of a question and just threw it at him before I forgot it. "Ya, uh. What time is it?" I mentally yelled at myself to get your act together. When Blaze responded.

"Around 7 AM," He looked at his watch and then informed me about the others, "The others still aren't back yet though. Maybe they booked a place there to rest for the night." I looked at his watch, black with a weave in the middle of it.

"N-Nice watch." I looked back up at him 'Nice watch?! What was that Garroth?! Okay I need to start some sort of conversation.'

Blaze looked at his watch then back at me. "Ya, I guess it's a nice watch, though you could just get it off amazon for like, 10 dollars." ((the worlds cheapest watch...I think)).

Blaze's POV

When Garroth complimented my watch I just looked at my watch studying it's weave in the middle before responding. "Ya, I guess it's a nice watch, though you could just get it off amazon for like, 10 dollars."

I always thought Garroth was cute ever since I saw him that first day I came to high school, trying to act all cool around the ladies and attempting to flirt with them. Every time he would flirt with a girl they would just turn into a blushing mess and I would always think the same thing, 'I wish I was that girl.'  But now that high school is over, things are just awkward. My parents keep asking if I have a girlfriend yet but they really don't know that I'm gay. I just wish that Garroth felt the same way.

After I told him that he could just get the watch off amazon there was an awkward silence until I broke the silence. "So um. Need anything else?"

"Um, no..." Garroth responded looking unsure of himself. I thought of what to do while we wait for the others or the doctors to get back when I thought of something.

"Hey..Do you wanna work on summoning your ears and tail early? It might help you later when trying to hide this when we eventually get home." I was a little embarrassed saying this because his transformation wasn't even complete and we don't even know if he'll live.

"Sure..." Garroth said looking up at me with a kind of shine in his eyes.

Short yes I know. I will try to make the next chapter longer but for now this is all I'm writing because it took me all day to write this XD. Bai dearies~
