Victoria's P.O.V.

"Victoria!  Since you're laying with your head down, I'm assuming that means you've mastered this portion of my curriculum?  How about you come to the board and balance this equation for the class?" Mrs. Massey called me out in the middle of class.  Ofcourse, it's always me.  She wouldnt dare call on precious Chloe sitting two rows away, sleeping like a freaking rock.

"Well Mrs. Massey, I would love to do that for you, but you see I dont know how.  And since I've already disrespected you once by resting my head on my arm, I wouldnt dare want to disrespect you again by wasting your precious time.  And it would definitley be a waste of time for me to walk up to that board and pretend like I know how to do that equation."  I slowly picked my head up off of my desk as I spoke, and when I was finally sitting up right, my eyes met Mrs. Massey's firey red ones.

"Sarcasm is also disrespectful Mrs. James." Mrs. Massey shot back.

"Well Mrs. Massey, it's a relief nobody in this class is being sarcastic then!" I smiled politley, and a few kids in the class tried to muffle their laughs.  Honestly, I'm not a bitchy person.  It's just that Mrs. Massey hates me with a passion just because she went to highschool with my mom, and my mom beat her out for cheer captain and homecoming queen.  Like I had anything to do with that shit?

"Victoria, If I take you to the office, that will be the third time this month.  I will not punish my other students by wasting their learning time, just to walk you out of my classroom, so why dont you just leave?  Just go out of my room and do not come back until tomorrow.  And you better have my homework finished completley by the beginning of class!"  Mrs. Massey was fuming by this point and I was relieved to know I finally had permission to leave this damned class.

"Will do Mrs. Massey.  I really do sincerely apologize for upsetting you!" I figured I'd give her one last push before leaving.

"GOODBYE MRS. JAMES!" was the last thing I'd heard before walking out of the class.

August's P.O.V.

"But Mr. Fink she's a slut!?  Ofcourse people are going to look at her with disgust!  The girl had one job!  NOT to sleep with anyone but her husband!  Women back then knew the price they'd pay if they commited adultry yet she still did it!"  I argued with Mr. Fink.  I was in lit class for the hour, and we were reading the Scarlet Letter.

Mr. Fink was probably the coolest teacher I've ever had in my life.  He allowed his studenst to cuss and kid around in class, to get their points across about the literature we were reading.  He made it his dieing mission to make sure that all of his students walked away with new knowledge every day.  Whatver it took he was there for you.  On an educating level and on a personal level.

"You see that's why you're stupid August.  She's not a slut, she's a brave independent women.  Tell me you'd have the balls to walk into a crowd of people holding the child you love that is a constant reminder of one big mistake you made."  I watched Victoria dance into my classroom, and I chuckled.  She had Mrs. Massey that period and I could only imagine what had happened.

"Well she souldnt have made such a big mistake then yeah?  I mean I get that nobodies perfect but this mistake was completly preventable.  Just keep your legs closed!" I argued back, ready to debate Victoria to her deathbed.
