Training School

In the evening, everyone meets up at the festival. Hala explains to Sia and Hau that during this festival, some people like to battle in honour of the Tapu Koko.
Hau: Sia, wanna battle again? We will have an audience this time!

Sia: Yeah!
It was a close battle but Sia finished Rowlet off using ember, a move that professor Kukui had taught to Akari in the lab.
Hau: Well done!
Hala: You did great as well Hau.
Hau: Yeah, the only real losers in a battle are the people that don't enjoy it.
Lillie: Well, I'm going to go back to the lab now.
Sia: The lab?
Lillie: Yes, I don't have any where to go so professor Kukui and professor Burnet are letting me sleep there.
Sia: You can stay at mine any time you want.
Lillie: Thanks. Anyway, I'll be going now.
Sia: Bye!
Hau: Bye!
When the festival ended, Sia walked back to her house and went to sleep in her room full of empty boxes from unpacking.
The next day Sia heard a knock on the door. She opened it and was greeted by Lillie.
Sia: Hi.
Lillie: Hi! I thought we could maybe go to Hau'oli city for the day. Hau said he could meet us there in ten minutes.
Sia: Yeah I would love too.
Sia followed Lillie until they got there.
Lillie: Hau will be in the Malasada shop eating, and I am going shopping for designer clothes so you can come with me.
Sia: Actually, I think I might go and get a malasada.
Lillie: Ok, well if you need me I will be in there.
Lillie pointed to a fancy, expensive looking shop.
Sia arrived in the malasada shop.
Sia: Alola!
Hau: Hey!
Sia and Hau sat down and ate their food.

Hau: We should all go to the beach later with our Pokemon.
Sia: I don't really think Akari would appreciate us going to the beach when he's a fire type. If he gets wet he will be in pain.
Hau: Okay, come to think of it, it's not like Lillie will get Nebby out either.
Sia: What is it with Lillie and nebby?
Hau: Well nebby is a rare Pokemon. The story of Lillie is a bit weird. Have you met professor burnet?
Sia: no, but I think I saw her at the lab when I was getting Akari.
Hau: Okay, well that's professor Kukui's wife. And one day professor Burnet found Lillie on a beach in the outskirts of Hau'oli lying next to a cosmog. When Lillie woke up she could only remember a few things but she was positive that she had never seen the cosmog before. She tried to catch it with a poke ball from Professor Burnet. The cosmog hated being inside the poke ball though so that's why-
Sia: that's why she keeps him loose in a bag!
Hau: Yeah. Nebby has always had unusual behaviour. We know nothing about him.
Sia: Can the lab not even find anything about him?
Hau: Nope, it's so strange.
Sia: Why are you smiling so much.
Hau: Because this malasada is from heaven! I wanna save some for Rowlet but it's just SO good!
Sia: Haha! I already gave Akari some!
Hau: I'm done, should we go look for Lillie.
Sia: Yeah, I know where she'll be.
Sia and Hau meet up with Lillie.
Lillie: Hi.
Hau: Alola!
Lillie: Hey, we should all go to the trainers school.
Hau: Seriously. An hour into the trip and you already want us to focus on education? I'm just kidding, I'll go and train Rowlet there.
Sia: Me too, I'll go with Akari.
The three of them enter the school.
Teacher: Alola!
Hau: Alola.
Teacher: How can I help?
Sia: Could you help us train our Pokemon?
Teacher: Of course, that's why I'm here! What Pokemon do you have?
Sia: I have a Litten.
Hau: And I have a Rowlet.
Teacher: Great! What are their names?
Sia: Akari.
Hau: I still haven't thought of a name so I'm just calling him Rowlet for now. I need help thinking of a name...
Sia: What about Furaito?
Hau: I'm not sure.....
Sia: It means flight.
Hau: Hmm. Yeah okay!
Hau lifted Furaito up in his arms.
Teacher: So, with your training, I want you to begin by going into different classrooms and finding books about Pokemon types and moves. When you feel you have learned all you need to know, then you should challenge 3 of the other students to a battle. If you win all three, you pass.
Sia: That sounds fun!
Lillie: Good look guys!
Hau: Thanks.
They began their challenge.
