1. Be calm and collected.
I feel like this is a pretty obvious one. If you're preparing to lie, get all your giggles out. DON'T SMILE OR START LAUGHING. That's a surefire way for people to tell that you're lying. If you have to lie on the spot, act normal. If you can't act that way and you're not a ~pro~ like me, than act calm. Don't stutter or sputter. Just act cool. Don't think about the fact that you're lying. Just breathe and you'll be fine.
