3. Think about the details.

If you're lying about something that you did, then it's crucial to think about yourself and what you would usually act like. You're not gonna say something like "I was riding my scooter and I broke the vase" if you don't usually ride your scooter indoors or something like that. Make your lie seem believable by including details that are somewhat true. So, you could say "I was playing with the dog and the dog got too excited so it broke the vase" if you usually play with your dog a lot. Sorry if you like your dog, but it's not like they can talk, so...🤷‍♀️
