Chapter 6

REINE

I walked on set and was met with a crowd of women pulling me to a seat. They sat me in front of a mirror and began doing my make up while the other kept holding outfits up infront of me. She finally settled between a deep red dress with rhinestones and a diamond bikini. She laid them to the side watching them doll me up.

"Depending on how you do with this...i might be able to get you more deals..." Q came and whispered before walking back off. He was speaking to another girl who was half naked might i add and for some reason i felt a burning sensation of jealousy. He wasnt mine to be jealous but he still made me feel worth it..

"Look this way" one girl said snapping my head back straight. She stood back admiring me smiling. They all gathered around staring at me making me blush. "Oh yea girl you got it the camera is gonna love you" she said grabbing my hand and pulling me out towards the set. I looked over at Q one more time seeing him not paying attention to me. I knew i'd have to step my game up if i wanted to even come close to keeping his eyes on me.

I walked infront of the camera frozen. Everyone was watching me waiting for me first movements to indicate i was ready. "Whenever you ready just pose and i'll start snapping" the camera guy said fixing the lens.

I struck a few poses and changed up my facial expressions while the lights continued to flash. I saw the awe on people's faces as i continuously took the pictures so effortlessly. I felt like a real star being watched like this. Q had put his attention on me, arms folded, looking smug, he didnt seem to look proud of me which made me feel like i had to work harder. I went and grabbed the bikini thong and changed into leaving my top off.

"Oh you're going for the topless shoot already huh" the camera man teased smiling. I saw Q start smirking as we mad eye contact he gave a slight nod walking away leaving me defeated again. I sighed going and finishing up the shoot. I felt like just another play thing for him.

After the shoot i went and got dressed meeting him outside. We both got in the car as he drove, silence filling the air with the occasional bumps in the road. He drove me to my appt and dropped me off, no bye or anything, he barely even looked at me. I slowly got out walking to the door putting the key in. And walking in. It had been set up nicely and i could tell everything was expensive. I pulled my phone up texting Elise the address and running to take a quick shower.

Not even 20 minutes later Elise showed up with a pizza and some wings. I let her in hugging her.

"Damn bonita he hooked you up" she said looking around and setting the pizza down. "I wish i could get spoiled like this!" She sat on a stool at the island smiling.

"Yea he did but i think he's mad at me i dont know if i did the photo shoot right or not..." i said sitting next to her grabbing a slize of pizza it felt like my stomach was caving into my back at that point.

"Listen Reine even if you get up there and just get enough exposure you could get an even better place than this and work for yourself"

"Yea we'll see about that" i said taking a bite out of the pizza i felt my brain clearing the mist and i had a small flashback from last night. That big black cloud seperating into individuals and the low goodnight.

"Bonita....Reine....." i heard Elise calling, she was in my face staring now since i hadn't answered. I snapped out of it nodding. "You okay mama?" She asked feeling my head like she was my mother.

"I'm fine..Q took me to my first club party last night and i just partied a little too hard but i'm good" i said smiling.

"Oh! Did you drink or something?"

"I mean i had a few shots and some pi-pink lemonade..on the rocks" i said lying, i didnt really wanna hear the lecture about popping pills after all the news about overdosing had come up.

"Pink lemonade on the rocks huh? Never heard of it but it sounds good"

"Yea it was... hey listen i'm kinda tired imma take a nap leave the pizza here but i'll speak with you later" i said hugging her and rushing into my room. A few minutes later i heard the front door close and finally closed my eyes for a well needed nap.

QUINCY

I walked in my house dialing Rocco. He answered on the second ring sounding tired. "Aye so i need you to be at Frisco's tonight i think imma be there for alittle bit. Make sure we got enough security imma have Reine and Katrina with me" i said before hanging up.

I had a few guys who wanted to see Reine and Katrina was gonna help me out with that. We both got more pills and a small bag of coke to go along with this eventful night. Reine was a strong girl she handled last night so i was sure she could handle tonight when we got her loose alittle more.

Afterall she was willing to do anything for fame and i needed a young girl like her to be the next industry thing.
