The Trail

((Sorry if I get court wrong idk how to do court terms or stuff))

Bendy's POV (for the whole thing)
I woke up to Henry shaking me a bit trying to wake me up. I sat up seeing he had a suit on then layed back down, I looked at him weird I didn't know why he had a suit on. "Quickly put this on Bendy we have no time to waste we'll get breakfast on the way" I heard Henry say but I was to tired to get up. "Now Bendy!" Henry scolded pushing me off the bed. "Okay okay I'm up I'm up" I said sitting up again, taking off my shirt. I put on the white button up shirt and the pants on. After that I pit on sock, shoes, my coat then Henry helped me with my tie. "Where are we going Henry" I asked as he brushed horns. "Court" He simply said messing with my horns. "Hey hey Henry I'm not Alice stop girlafiying my horns" I groaned pushing his hands away and putting my horns back the way I liked it. "Okay okay...um..how is...Alice..." Henry said slightly looking down. "She's fine...just the same as always I guess...she owns the school Boris goes to and again always barking people around" I said crossing my arms. "Good...i knew my girl was be the boss of something now...lets go we shouldn't keep them waiting" Henry said grabbing his bag then walking out, I followed behind. I sat next to him in the front seat then pulled out my phone to see a text from Boris and a missed call from Cuphead. "Heh poor cup...i wonder how he is... I'm glad Boris is looking up for once" I said to myself but apparently Henry heard. "I'm glad that Boris is fine and who's cup?" Henry asked as he started driving out of his drive way. "Cup's...Cup's... " I try to find the words that he I s to me but couldn't find them, all I could think is all the times we had sex together, "Cup...head is my...boyfriend...yeah my boyfriend" I finished confidently saying but really wasn't sure still. "Boyfriend!? " Henry repeated looking at me weird for a second. "Yeah... I love him and he loves me...we even did it a couple of times and I loved it...sure I guess I wasn't gay before but I sure am now because...love is love..." I explained loving every word I said and I meant it, "he's there for me ya know even if he messes up he'll fix it...and the way he looks, greets and says...its awesome" I said deep in thought. "Well as long as you guys are happy...I'm happy" Henry said pulling up in the courts parking lot and parking. "Ready?" Henry asked finally looking down at me. "Y-yeah kinda..." I said nervously nodding. "Don't worry I'll be there to back you up all you gotta do is say your story of how it happened okay" Henry calmly said reassuring me that everything will be fine. "Okay...okay let's go" I said confidently stepping out of the car and walking with Henry into the court room. I took his hand as we walked into the court room but as we walked in everyone was looking at me which made me hug Henry's leg as we walked down the court room aisle. Henry stopped in the front then looked at me, I heard him whisper, "sit next to me" And did as told. "So you are Mr. Drew's lawyer?" I heard the judge say to Henry. "Yes, yes I am" Henry replied back then went to go sit next to me. "Alright Mr. Drew state your case" The Judge said looking at me. I looked back seeing if Joey was there but he wasn't I don't know who the judge was talking to. The judge was waiting, looking at me which was scary because that judge looked like she didn't sleep in weeks. Henry leaned over and whispered, "you're Mr. Drew". I looked back at him with a what the fuck expression. " Ummm....okay so this lady in the front desk...she kept calling me a kid and I'm not a kid I'm only 19 and well almost 20 but like I'm short or whatever so she didn't see me but would at least say she would've heard my voice right...right!" I explain the the judge nodded for me to go on, "well I kept saying I wasn't a kid and kept jumping so she was seeing my face because I needed a ticket for a business trip and I refused to go away because I had the right to get a ticket sense I had money" I took a brief pause, "she called security on me and again I refused to go so that hit me and I woke up in a room...later they told me I had to go to jail then-" I was cut off by the judge, "Did you show her and the security your ID?". " No...beacuse they never asked" I said acting stupid. She narrowed her eyes at me then she yelled, "bring in the women from the airport front desk!". " Judge we found this in her bag" One of the guards said holding her tight so that she doesn't escape. They were holding up a bag of drugs while the women was trying to struggling from their grasp. "Hey it's not what it looks like....the kid put it in my bag yyeeaahh that's it he did it" The women pointed to me looking all high and insane. "What I didn't do shit!" I yelled standing up on the chair. Then me and the lady started agurgimg on who did what which was bullshit. Then I jumped in my seat when I heard a loud bang beside me and the judge yelling, "that's enough!". The judge looked angrily at the high airport lady then back at me. I sadly sat back down and the airport lady stopped yelling and stayed quite for once. "Mr. Drew you are but you're not off the hook" I heard the judge say to me. I looked at her confused then she said again, "take her away she's fired and should not be around children and Mr. Drew tell me...." She paused as they took the airport lady away, "tell me...why did you eat those people?". My eyes widen and I got nervous, " I uh um....they were mean to me..." I slightly said slowly burrying myself in the seat embarrassed. "Were they going to kill you and if so we heard they they're terrible criminals and they were going to plan on escaping that prison" The judge said putting her hands together. "Um...I think so...beacuse they did beat me and there's another guy in the showers rapping people" I yelled the last part getting angry as I remember. The judge gave me a concerned look then asked calmly, "who's the boy?". "I uh...I don't wanna talk about and I don't know his name" I said still emberessed, sinked into the chair. I just wanted to go home at this point I was so over whelmed and I know Henry could see it. "Ms. Judge is it okay if we pick this up tomorrow" Henry said standing up. "Yes actually we will pick it up tomorrow morning because we have allot of evidence and we need to think this over so until then Mr. Drew you are on probation your curfew is 10 and have a nice day you too" The judge said then Henry took my hand then walked out of the court room. I screamed when I got out of the court room and Henry didn't even look at me weird. He just picked me up and hugged me tight. I hugged back loving his tight warm hug, it calmed me down and once I was calm he let go of me, smiled then continued to walk with me to the car. We got in and he started driving I sighed in relief and slouched in the car seat. "Can I call my brother....and....Alice..." I slightly said looking down. "Of course" Henry said as he got his phone out of his pocket then handed it to me. "Thanks" I replied grabbing the phone and calling Boris, I held the phone to my non existent ear and waited. "Hello..." I heard a voice say, "Boris it's me Bendy" I said happy to hear his voice.  "Oh Bendy are you okay, I got another letter, Alice is calling me non stop and omg I missed you so much, when are you coming home?" Boris said all at once through the phone. "Calm down Boris....I'm fine and alive, I'll call Alice and I called you to see if you were okay and...what letters?" I asked hesitating in between worried if Boris really isn't okay. "Well...." I heard Boris start off with before finishing, "it's from Joey and I'm scared he knows where I am now and...he says he wants us for a reason..." Boris said alightly. I didn't have the words of what to say because this was serious, all I could say was, "um well we'll figure something out....bye Boris Love you be careful okay" I quickly hanged up then dialed Alice's number. Again putting the up to my horns and waited. She didn't pick up so I decided not to call again and gave the phone back to Henry. "No pick up huh" Henry said pulling into his drive way. I shook my head no then got out of the car sighing.
