Mental health = psychological wellbeing.
Mental issues aren't a joke, they're serious health concerns that need proper help. Just like if you had an infection, asthma, diabetes or heart problems or any other physical illness you would tell someone and see a professional. We shouldn't be scared or embarrassed to tell our parents.
Be brave, today tell someone you need help.
Grown ups are there to keep us safe.
Also, be fair to your friends, sometimes they're going through their own stuff and can't be the one to help you. Don't burden them with that, because they're too kind and scared to say no.
Change starts with you ... and it's one of few realities you can control
