(A/N: This chapter might make me a bit uncomfortable, so sorry if I keep putting in author's notes. It helps me, so yeah. Also, this chapter is meant to be longer than any other chapter so far, and so will be many upcoming chapters. Thank you!)

You felt your face heat up as Samuel slowly lifted you and turned you around so you're facing him.

"Thanks," You say, breathless.

"No problem." Samuel smiled.

Oh, that smile! He was such a charming fellow. (A/N: Fellow? What the heck?)

"Can we stop dancing, please?" You asked politely. "I don't want to embarrass myself any further."

Samuel nodded. "Of course! Anything for you."

When he noticed what he said, he blushed, which caused you to blush. Samuel offered you his hand.

"Come with me," He said, and you took his hand.

He led you to a garden covered in roses.

"Wow," You spoke softly, breathless yet again.

Samuel chuckled. "Every time I pass this place, I thought of how romantic it can be."

"Romantic?" You whispered.

He nodded, then realizing he said something that he shouldn't have again, he slapped his hand over his mouth.

"I'm sorry." He sighed.

"As soon as I laid eyes on you, I felt delicate and soft. I felt like... the petals of a rose. Such as this one." He gently picked a brilliant red rose, softly stroking it's petals. (A/N: Weirdo.)

"See? It's beautiful, just like you." You both blushed.

"You're beautiful too, Sam," You said blushing like heck.

Samuel chuckled.

"Would you do me the honor of courting you?" He asked nervously.

"Of cour-!" You responded, but realized how late it was.

He smiled his broad adorable smile, almost in a pleading way. (A/N: Aw, Thayne Jasperson.) [Edit: Aw, don't look at me like that! I needed to keep this sentence in!]

"I-I have to go." You said remembering your sleeping parents.

"W-what?" Samuel sounded extremely disappointed, and very hurt. "See you around." You raced off, not being able to bear looking at his sad face for too long. "I'm sorry." You whispered under your breath, thinking of how you just left him, in the dust.

"WHERE WERE YOU?!" Your father and mother screamed at the same time.

"I was out with a friend." You winced.

"That was irresponsible of you." Your mother said.

"At least we can agree on something." Your father remarked.

"I think we can also agree on one more thing." Your mother commented, an impish grin sneaking on her face.

"And what's that?" Your father asked curiously, but also sternly.

"(Y/N) deserves a punishment," Your mother said slyly.

"I like where you're going." Your father tapped his chin thoughtfully.

"And I know just what." You mother said, flashing you a glance that only means trouble.

You braced yourself for the worst, for it was to come.

(A/N: Ooh, cliffhanger! Hah! Take that! What do you think (Y/N)'s punishment is going to be? Also, I was thinking of writing a Hamilton:
