Chapter 3

We got the living room, my room, and the kitchen done now we're all on my couch watching a movie. I'm right beside Jake and Steph. Leveys on the other side of Jake and the other boys.

My phone buzzed I grab it and look at it to see a text from Ryan again. Great.

(Epic eye roll)

"Please text me back babe I'm so sorry I love you"

Great now he's starting The I love you crap I just turned my phone off and threw it on the coffee table by now nearly everyone was asleep wait no everyone is asleep. I get up to go see what time it is. Midnight and it feels like it's time for school. I go to the kitchen to get some coffee. While I wait for it to get done I think I want to call Ryan so he will stop.

I go to his contact for the second time today and press call and put it on speaker.

"Hello? Brooke?"

"Can you please stop texting me and calling me I really don't want to hear from you no more."

"No baby please I need you I'm so sorry I don't even talk to Kayla no more."

"Is that supposed to make me come running back look you cheated on me with my best friend you know I'm happy I moved away from you."

"I was drunk it's not my fault you should have come with me and it would have been different."

"I was on my way to you when I got the call whatever just stop calling me ok Ryan leave me alone."

I was going to hang up but Jake walked in.

"Hey, baby." He winked.

Really out of all the times he had to come in at this time.

"Really you moved on already what the fuck Brooke it's only been a week and a half I always knew you were a whore!"

"Seriously Jake," I yelled at him.

"I'm not a fucking whore Ryan just leave me alone please." I hung up the phone and turned to yell at Jake but he was gone.

I walked out into the living room and he wasn't there so I ran outside and he was getting into his car.

"Where are you going jake?"

"Home I'm tired and just want to get the fuck out of here!" He snapped.

"Are you mad at me or something if it's about what you just heard that's my ex he won't leave me alone and I've tried telling him off but he just won't leave me alone it's been hard with everything that went down my moms gone and my dad is gone and I'm always alone he cheated on me with my best friend I have no one." I tear ran down my cheek.

"Woah I'm not mad I promise it's just I thought you had a boyfriend and I didn't want to mess anything up I'm good at that but with you, I don't want to." He got out and gave me a hug.

I hugged him back for a while," I'm sorry I kinda just dumped my heart out on you it's just so hard and lonely."

"No it's fine I know we just met today and we all don't know you that much but if you need anybody to talk to or anything just call me I'll be here and I'm sure so will all them." He grabbed my hand and squeezed it.

"Thank you so much, I really needed this." I smiled.

He took my hand and walked me back inside my house. I smiled at him and he took me up to my room upstairs.

"Thanks again you're not that bad after all." I giggled.

"Neither are you and damn looks like a princess would live in here." He laughed.

"Well you know I am a princess." I laughed with him.

"Indeed you are love." I smiled I felt a blush coming on.

"But I'm a way better princess." He faked flipped his hair.

We both started laughing hard. We laughed for a good 5 minutes of him being silly.

"You know I should probably go get the others and tell them to go home we all have school tomorrow."

"Yeah, we should." I agreed.

We walked down together to get everyone up I shook the girls till they woke up.

"Hey the movie ended and it's late you should go home." Steph and Levey got up and Jake got the guys up.

"I'll take them home for you, you need some sleep love."

They all got up and went to Jakes car I walked with him.

"I'll see you tomorrow yeah?" He stopped at the door.

"I have nowhere to be so yes you will."

He smiled and grabbed my hands and squeezed them once more and walked off.

"Goodnight princess." He yelled and got into his car and drove off. I smiled and walked back inside with only one thing on my mind...
