Solji's head felt like it was hosting a wrestling match. She tried to sit up, but instead curled into the fetal position and whined. She hated hangovers. She had no idea why she decided to drink as much as she did, knowing how poorly she handles alcohol. She managed to sit herself up, and looked around her room. He dress from last night was on the floor, as were her shoes. She doesn't remember getting home, but at least she was. She thought about going to eat something, but as soon as she stood up, she felt her stomach tremble and she raced for the bathroom, throwing up what was presumably last night's contents.

Hyelin ran to the bathroom to hold her hair back, being her roommate. "Rough night, kiddo?" Hyelin joked, not feeling the same as the older girl. She didn't drink as much cause she knew how bad hangovers were, and actively tried to avoid them. "I feel dead..." Was all Solji managed to say before being sick again. "There, there, Eomma... Let it all out..." Hyelin did her best to comfort Solji, but also was inwardly laughing. She almost never got to see her friends drunk or hungover, and it was always funny to her. After Solji had finally finished, they headed towards the kitchen to get some water for Solji. "What time is it?" Solji asked, not having checked her phone. "2:54pm. You've been sleeping for a while, and I thought it best not to disturb you." Solji groaned, her head spinning.

*LE and Hani's apartment*

"So, wanna tell me what happened last night?" Hani asked. They were both awake now, and LE had bee  keeping quiet in hopes that Hani wouldn't bring anything up. But her roommate never forgot anything, and was certain to bring it up. "What do you mean?" LE said, hoping to avoid the subject. "Um, you walking out of the party after taking Solji upstairs? And then me finding her in one of the guest bedrooms crying her eyes out?" Shit, LE though. She had no idea Solji cried, she didn't think it was that big of a deal for her, just a drunken kiss. "Why did she cry? I didn't say anything mean or out of order, I just left after-" "After what?" Hani cut in, taking LE be surprise. She almost told her that Solji kissed her. "After.. I tucked her in. Yeah..." Hani raised an eyebrow, giving her famous 'I don't believe you stare', "Really. That's weird, cause she told me that you ran off... After she kissed you." LE froze. She didn't think Solji would tell Hani that she kisses her, but then again, she was pretty drunk. And drunk people are always honest.

"So, from the beginning. What happened?" They were sat at their table, cups of coffee in their hands, ready to talk about LE's eventful night. "Well, I took her upstairs to put her to bed, I walked in on Yoongi and Irene getting ready to... you know... and when we found a room, she started being kinda clingy, telling me she thought I was pretty. Which I really, really liked, but she was drunk so I was just gonna tuck her in and come back downstairs. But then she asked for a goodnight kiss, and I didn't want to deal with her diva tantrum, especially a drunk one. So I kissed her forehead, and when I went to leave, she pulled me back and kissed me on the lips. I freaked out, so I ran," LE finished. Hani sat their, listening to every word, before coming to the conclusion, "maybe she likes you." Hani knew she did, of course, Solji said as much. But she wanted to let things play out and let the two girls find out for themselves. "Well, what did she say exactly? About what happened?" Hani thought carefully, thinking of a way to avoid telling her that Solji liked her. "She thought you would hate her, for just randomly kissing you. Of course, you have a crush on her, so you probably didn't mind that much, but she doesn't know that. Soooooo... Now you HAVE to tell her." Hani smirked, knowing LE would have to tell Solji after this, not just to finally admit it, but to also show Solji that she doesn't hate her. "I know... But it's scary, you know? Like I haven't liked someone this much for so long, and I don't wanna mess it up..." "Well you won't know unless you say anything, so, go and tell her. I'll text Hyelin and make sure she leaves, so you have some privacy. Now go," Hani said, pushing LE gently towards the front door, eager for the news that would no doubt come later. "She probably won't wanna se-" "GO WOMAN."

*Solji and Hyelin's apartment*

Buzz, Buzz.

Hyelin checked her phone, and silently read the text from Hani. She had to remember to breathe, reading the text and becoming very excited.

Hyelin, get out of there. LE is coming over to tell Solji about her feelings!

ITS ABOUT DAMN TIME.

"Hey, uh Solji, imma head to the store to grab some things, you want anything?" "I want to die..." Was all she heard, "Okay... I'll grab you something to perk you up," and she left the apartment. When she got the bottom floor, she bumped into LE, and gave her a knowing smile, followed by a "good luck," and carried on out the door. LE was so damn nervous. She was mentally preparing herself to tell Solji about her feelings, but she was terrified. She hadn't done this for a long time, and she had no idea what to say. She slowly made her way to the apartment, hoping to buy time until Hyelin gets back, until she received a text from Hani saying that she wasn't allowed to come home unless she did it, and that Hyelin also wouldn't return home as well. Thanks for the support, Hani...

She reached the apartment, and silently crept in through the door. "Hyelin-ah? That was a quick trip, you've been gone for like five min-" She stopped where she was, eyes widening at the sight of the girl standing in front of her. All of the previous nights memories came flooding back, the things she said, the kiss, LE running off. She felt a sudden rush of guilt envelop her, thinking LE was here to scold her, or tell her she didn't want to be friends anymore. "LE, I.. I... Can we... um... Talk? About things?" Solji was almost as nervous as LE. Almost. Solji wasn't about to admit her feelings. "Yeah, that's why I came over..." They headed over to the couch, where they say down and remained silent for a good 30 seconds, before Solji spoke up. "Look, I don't know if you remember everything from last night, I sure as hell don't, but um... Do you remember me doing anything... Weird?" She asked, knowing full well what the answer was. "Yeah. I do, actually. And that's why I came over," Solji's grip on her hand tightened, "Look, you were really drunk, and probably weren't thinking clearly. But, that being said, I don't hate you for what you did, I could never hate you. Hani told me that you were crying because I left, and that you thought I would somehow never talk to you again because of what happened. But I would never, ever do that to you, Sol. And, I bring it up, because, well... Crap this is harder than I thought. I... I need to tell you something. Something I probably should've done a while ago, but was too scared to. I see the way you look at me sometimes. I notice small stares every now and again, how nervous you get, and I do too. So, here goes... Solji, I-" "I like you!" Solji yelled.

She couldn't hold back. She thought for certain that LE was about to say something completely different. "I-I like you. A lot. For a while now... And I know you probably think that's weird, and that you don't wanna talk to me again, which I understand completely, but I just had to say-" She was cut off abruptly by laughter. LE's laughter. Solji stared at the girl, unable to comprehend why she was laughing. "Hey, why are you laughing? I know it's weird, but you don't have to laugh at me..." She looked like she was about to cry, when LE said, "No, no, no, Solji. I... I came over to tell you that. I like you, too." Solji's heart exploded. Happiness took over her body. She thought LE was going in the complete opposite direction. "Y-you do?" She asked quietly, "Solji, why wouldn't I? You're smart, funny, caring, beautiful, and we've been friends for years. Liking you couldn't be helped." Both girls remained quiet for a moment, before Solji spoke up. "So, where does that leave us? Are we, you know... gonna see where this goes?" LE took her hand, making the older girl blush slightly. "Yeah, I'd like that." And LE's smile was the most beautiful thing Solji had ever seen.
