If it wasn't for Jack

The Jump

Normal POV

"Elsa, please dont jump", Jack called from across the room. She was already about to jump. "Jack, go away. Leave me alone. Let me die in peace!" Jack stepped slowly to where Elsa was on the balcony. Elsa, you and I both know I won't leave. Please just get down from the edge."

Jack knew he couldn't let his best friend just die cuz she wanted too. Every step Jack took he feared it was a step closer to Elsa jumping. Jack knew she had a rough life but he wouldn't let her die. Elsa's parents died when she was younger, she had a very bad relationship with her sister, and that she was teased when she was younger. People called her the Ice Queen because she'd shut every one out.

Jack had been there with her throught it all, he was the one person that Elsa never shut out. He had been her only friend, and she was his best friend.

Jack made it safely all the way to the balcony without her jumping. "Jack, leave now!" She said eyes looking down where she was going to jump. Jack was now right behind her, arms ready to catch her by her waist if she jump. "You're my best friend. If you die, I die with you," he said calmly. "Jack," she turned around to face him. "You can't do that go back to you're family and live your life," tearing filling her eyes. "No, best friends don't leave each other to die alone. They die together or they live together. Elsa if you jump, I jumping with you."

A small soft smile speards across her face, tearing falling down her face. He brought her into a hug, she hugged him back. He helps her back onto the balcony the right way and they walk back into her room. He keeps her in a hug as she cries into his shoulder.

"Elsa, you should get some sleep." He picks her up princess style, puts her on the bed, and pulls the covers over her. Jack kisses her forehead, and was about to leave when she spoke. "Jack," she said barely over a whisper. "Yes Snowfkake," he replies. "Stay with me tonight please."

A smile appears on his lips, he would be happy to stay with her. To make sure she was secure. He lays next to her. She moves his arms around her waist. Another smile appears. "Good night Snowflake." He kisses her head again. He watches as she slowly drifts to sleep while humming the melody of her favorite song, Safe and Sound by Taylor Swift. He sang the lyrics silently to himself.

Just close your eyes

The sun is going down

No one can hurt you now

Come morning light you and I'll be safe and sound

Sleep finally taking over him
