8. Darkness

It was a pitch black, empty room. He tilted his head up slowly as his his flickered open. He looked around the room but could see nothing. The walls were plain black, aswell as the floor, the ceiling and the do... there was no door.

A sudden rush of realisation came over Stiles. The last thing he could remember was walking home but he didn't remember getting there. He was now strapped tightly to a chair in the middle of an empty room with no way out.

Quiet footsteps could be heard from behind one of the walls. The noise got louder and faster which meant whatever it was, was getting closer to him and speeding up. "Maybe it's somebody who could help." Stiles thought to himself. Instinct forced him to shout for help so he yelled at the top of his voice, "Someone help! Let me out!"

And with that, the footsteps came to a halt and a silence blanketed the room. Even though Stiles couldn't see a door, a large opening appeared causing light to flood in, and then he saw the shadow of a person walked in.

Once the opening finally closed and Stiles was no longer blinded by the sun's rays, he saw who the shadow belonged to and let out a sigh of relief. " Thank goodness Theo, can you come and untie me?"

Theo walked towards the tied up boy and mimicked undoing the tight knot near Stiles's right arm. "Yeah... no." he said chuckling to himself. He turned and paced to the open door and slammed it shut before turning on bright white lights.

"Theo I don't understand." Stiles said nervously and confused. "Did you put me here?". He realised that he was now in a very very bad situation and began struggling to escape the chair.

"Do you have any idea Stiles...?" Theo asked enjoying watching Stiles attempt to break away from the chair, "... any idea why I brought you here?" Suddenly, Stiles calmed and looked up at Theo, shaking his head.

"Well, do you remember four years ago? When you were..."

"Possessed by the Nogitsune?"

"So you do remember?"

"Clearly."

"Well then. That's the reason. I came back to Beacon Hills for a pack, you remember. And that plan is still in motion and..."

"The Nogitsune has gone Theo."

Theo smiled to himself and took his backpack off from his shoulders. Slowly, he pulled out a box, in which Stiles recognised immediately. It was the box that held the Nogitsune trapped inside.
