Dancing in the rain

I walked outside with Jonathan's IPod in my pocket. I turned the volume up a little so I could hear what was on. Of course Imagine Dragons. It was his favorite band. The song was called "demons"

It was at the part where the man said " don't want to let you down. But I'm....hellbound. oh this is all for you, don't want to hide the truth." I started dancing, a few seconds later it started raining. i danced for a few hours, and then Jonathan found me. "Uhh Abigail, what are you doing with my IPod?" he asked. " Nothing." I said. "You don't know how to dance at all... you look like a girl spazzing out on the road." he laughed. "Thanks for the compliment." I muttered. "Do you know how to waltz?" he asked. Why would he ask that? "Yes of course." I said.

"Good." he said. he walks up to me and he puts one hand on mine and the other on my hip. His touch solidified me into a real girl for a few seconds. Then I went back to ghost, and then back to a solid person. My hands were wet I've been dancing in the rain for hours on end. I did the same to him, hand on hand and hand on hip.

A few minutes after waltzing I heard a gasp. I stopped, and then my eyes fell on a girl with brown hair and dark brown eyes. "How could you Johnny??" she said. Who was this? " Emily!!! crap!!crap!! I'm so sorry!!!" Jonathan said as he let go of my hands. " You said....you said." she cried. " you said you'd never cheat on me!!" she screamed. " Emily, calm down this is just my friend,  Abigail this is Emily." Jonathan said.

"Oh I thought you.... wait why have I never met her before?? we're in the same class." she said. "Oh she's in another class." he said quickly. She hugged Jonathan. " Hey back off he's mine!!!" I said. "What??" she asked. " I said back off." I repeated. " YOU DID CHEAT ON ME!!!" she screamed. "No Emily it's not like that." he said quietly. " No were done. I just came to tell you I'm moving today so you could move on, but you already did!" she said. She stomped up the street. "That's what you get for hugging my boyfriend." I muttered. " Thanks Abigail, you just lost the love of my life." Jonathan said sadly. " I thought I was." I said.

I got no reply just silence. I turned around to see Jonathan just sitting there crying. I walked away. Great going Abi you really ducked up.
