i wake up at 6am to get breakfast, finish up packing and to wake up mads and soph.
"why do you look so happy" maddie says getting out of bed.
"yeah i know...what's up with you" sophia yawns.
"nothing...i'm just happy" i say twirling around the room.
"have you spoken to jack" maddie asks.
"oh yeah...we talked alright" i giggle.
"what!" they both say, stopping in their tracks.
"he kissed me last night" i say, smiling.
"but your leaving today" sophia says.
"well we can facetime each other" i say.
"hm" they say.
"what?"
"it's just...long distance things never work out, even if your just friends" soph says.
"well...jacks different...i feel like it will really work" i smile.
"don't get your hopes up" sophia says on the verge of crying.
"sophia!! what's wrong" me and maddie say running up to her into a group hug.
"i'm going to miss you guys so fucking much you don't understand" she says putting her arms around us. we cradle each other for a solid 10 minutes before the door rings.
"that'll be the boys" maddie says opening the door. they all stroll in, a bit sad and tearful.
"oh guys" i say running to them. we all hug each other and i call the cab to the airport.

"don't think about us too much" i say to them when we arrive at the airport. "i don't want you getting sad" i say, giving them a weak smile. maddie and wyatt say their goodbyes and kiss each other which was the most heartbreaking thing to watch.
"guys let's go get a drink" jaeden says to the others, nudging at me and jack.
"what...wh- oohhhhh yeah i'm so thirsty" finn says. the others leave and give me and jack some privacy.
"i'm gonna miss you" i say finally after a long silence.
"me too..." he says.
"promise to call me everyday?" i say to him.
"promise" he smiles. the announcement for us to board our flight comes on.
"well i guess this is goodb-" jack begins.
"lets...not say goodbye...let's just say see you later...i can't stand goodbyes" i say looking sad. he kisses me softly and slowly. perfectly. we finally break apart and look at each other. tears fill my eyes and one slips out and rolls down my cheek. jack wipes it away and kisses my nose.
