They were having tea when there was a loud knock on the door and a voice said:
“Open up!”
“A-ha, that's Paige back.” Rosa said, rushing to the door. She opened it to find a girl in pale blue jeans and white blouse.
“Mam didn't say we had visitors.”
“Well we do.” Mama Meyer said.
“What a surprise! Who is it?”
At that moment, Hayley came crashing down the stairs.
“Sis, Abigail Hilton is here! With her friends! I can't believe it!” Hayley exclaimed.
“Really?” Paige’s blue eyes widened. “I'm delighted. Abigail, weren't you the one who dragged your friends along to fame?”
“Well, not really.” Abigail said awkwardly.
Paige had straight copper blonde hair and blue eyes. She had a sense of rebellion around her. Paige also offered to take Abigail on a shopping spree while Hayley showed Lokeyia, Magda and Sara the sideyard.
Paige led Abigail down to the centre of town. She was greeted by a tallish girl.
“Hey Paige. Who's that girl with you?”
“Oh yeah, Kenzie that's a new girl.”
“Hmm… Pleased to meet you. I'm McKenzie.”
“Pleased to meet you too.”
McKenzie stared at Abigail for a moment. Her blue eyes were eyeshadowed and her blonde brown hair that reached her knees was braided with leaves and flowers. She nodded a kind goodbye and walked away.
“Why didn’t you tell her who I really am?” Abigail asked.
“Shhhh… Because that's the Mayor’s daughter. She will tell her father if she finds out who you really are. But she's really nice, all the same.” Paige sniffed.
Paige led Abigail into a clothing store. They tried on many clothes. Eventually, Paige chose Abigail some white sneakers, ripped black jeans and a green shirt that went to her waist and was tied with a band there and had a rather deep V-neck. The sleeves went just above her elbows.
Once Paige brought the clothing, she made Abigail put it in and tied her hair into a side ponytail.
“You look lovely!” she exclaimed. “But the fun doesn't end here! We're not leaving Lokeyia, Sara and Magda out! We're going to get them some surprise clothing!”
Paige got Magda a plain blue top with sleeves that went just below her elbow, black jeans with pink and white flowers and fake brown leather shoes that were basically straps and were tied with grey shoelaces.
Lokeyia got a sleeveless dress that went to her ankles. It was ombre with crimson at the top and a dull, dark orange at the bottom. She had black high heels with a special shape to match them.
Sara had a short white dress with an O neckline and purple, pink and green coral designs. She had platformed flip flops which had a green base and a white band holding her foot in place.
“Well, let's see how they like this!”
