We finally arrived to Dice's place and we sat on the couch so I could explain.

"So, What happened?" He asked.

"Well, *Sigh* I lived with my parents and they are control freaks," I started.

"That isn't really that bad," He Said.

"No no, there's more. They control my life so much that they have this guy that's also a control freak and also a violent psycho engaged to me. They constantly blame shit all over me because of one terrible accident," I explained.

"What was the accident?" He asked.

"My sister, Charlie, died," I sighed, "I haven't really spoke since I she died. Really, when I met you I started actually talking to random people now. Charlie played with some older kids which led her to jump off a building."

"Oh, I'm so sorry," He friends as he hugged me.

I hugged back slightly, not trying, nor wanting, to earn sympathy.

"It's..it's fine," I stuttered sort of pushing away his arms.

I stood up, grabbed my bag and walked toward the door.

'Why am I acting like this? Why am I being a total dochebag?' I thought.

I felt a hand grab on my free hand as I reached for the door knob.

"I need to leave."

"No, I won't let you. Your hurt and you need to be protected," Dice Spoke.

I didn't even have to turn my head to look at him to know he was sincere.

"What are you going to do? Erase Craig from existence? Wipe out all the memories of him beating my Sorry ass? What's going to fix the memory of Charlie? Nothing, that's what. Not everything can get better, Dice," I finally answered him looking at him.

"No, Your right but, I can give you a place to stay," He Spoke still gripping on to my hand, "Y/n, I can give you a better life here. You won't be hurt by Craig anymore."

I thought deeply about this.

What should I do if Craig finds me?

Is this how I'll really live my life?

Cowering In fear once again?

Pathetic of me, is it not?

"You know what? Fine," I sighed.

"Okay." He Said. Dice pulled me in for a hug again and this time I hugged him back without a word.

'What have I gotten you into?' I thought.

(SORRY ITS SHORT!! I want to start up this book again because I finished Asshole.)
