"You know, I don't see why you can't just stay in your cell like everyone else" Seitarou sighed, gripping Jyugo's elbow as he steered the teen down the dimly lit corridor, the clicking of his boots echoing off the cement walls. Jyugo rolled his eyes in annoyance and sneakily lifted a hand to trace the lock of the handcuffs.

Escaping would be easy, especially since it was Seitarou that caught him, but seeing as Hajime, the Supervisor of Building 13, was already in a bad mood in dealing with several sickly inmates, he didn't dare try to escape a second time.

Throughout the past two weeks, inmates and guards alike started contracting a sickness that didn't respond to antibiotics. If anything the antibiotics made the disease worse and spread faster throughout the victim.

According to Doctor Otogi, the symptoms included, but not limited to, a mild fever, aching in the joints, abnormal outbursts of aggression. And since then, Supervisors throughout the prison were ordered to cancel chores and game room hours for the inmates and meals had to be brought directly to the cell of the inmates as to decrease the chances of infection. Guards had to bring their own meals instead of eating Shiro's more delectable food.

The entire prison was under strict quarantine, however, people still wound up getting sick and sent off to Doctor Otogi faster than they left the infirmary. And the numbers just kept increasing.

That had only been within the first two weeks and Jyugo was bored out of his mind. He paged through Nico's manga to the point he was sure he could memorize every scene and color variation. Playing cards with Uno was always a drag since the guy could never play an honest game to save his life. And wrestling and conversing about food with Rock was almost something Jyugo could fall asleep to.

He was so bored! So obviously, a solo escape attempt was in store. And Jyugo was left dumbfounded at how quiet and empty Building 13 was. The corridors were practically all empty of life.

Now after being tackled and cuffed, Seitarou was practically dragging the teen through the number of corridors, complaining about Jyugo's lack of concern for his time spent in prison as well as the guard's livelihood.

"Are you even listening to me No.15?" Seitarou whined, pulling on Jyugo's arm like a nagging child.

"No. Why would I?" The teen finally replied in a snarky tone, his expression remaining apathetic. Seitarou groaned, a few tear droplets falling from his eyes, "you don't have to be so mean about it! Also, you know we're under strict quarantine, so stop looking for trouble and stay in your cell! Please!"

Jyugo rolled his eyes again, digging his neatly polished black nail into the lock of the cuff, feeling the locking mechanism dig into the underside of his nail. He jerked the wedge of the lock to the side with an audible click, causing the shackles to fall open and off his wrists.

Jyugo rubbed at the tender skin, feeling the blood circulate back through his tingling hands. Seitarou paused abruptly, forcing Jyugo to do the same. The teen peered behind his shoulder to see if the timid man had seen him unlock those irritating silver shackles, his heart beginning to beat loudly in his ears with anticipation.

It didn't matter if he was caught or not, though Seitarou's constant complaining irked him to no end.

However, that would've been the case if Seitarou's gaze wasn't fixated on what lay ahead of them. His cherry blossom colored eyes were blown wide open, his frame rigid, his shoulders tense and drawn up slightly. Jyugo could feel the guard's grip on his elbow tighten uncomfortably. The teen winced and struggled to pull his arm free of Seitarou's surprisingly strong grip.

"Dude, loosen up a bit, that hurts!" Jyugo complained, pulling at his arm, hoping that the hand would simply fall away. Seitarou's grip only tightened further, his mouth having fallen open in shock, his knobby knees beginning to tremble.
