One Shot- Ssundee (I'm Coming After You)

Ian/Ssundee's POV

I saw your face in a criminal sketch  

I was at the police station doing my job and I noticed a new face on the wanted board. It was a girl about my age with bright red hair ,blue eyes, and tanish skin. She was beautiful.

"Ian come on were going after a new crimanal" Matt told me

"Ok I'm coming" I called back

Don't be alarmed 'cause you don't know me yet

"Who is this new crimanal?" I asked Matt hoping into the police car

"Her name is Alana Smith. She's the girl on that wanted poster you were looking at." he said putting the keys in the ignition and starting it.

"Lets get on it then" I said 

I'm on the prowl now, sniffing around this town for you

"Where was she last seen?" I asked

"At the museum. She stole the ruby of Aphrodite" he told me

All of a sudden the window broke and the car spun out of control. It crashed into the side of the bank breaking the wall down. I looked over to Matt and saw a bullet hole right through his heart.

Calling all cars, there's an officer down

Shot to the heart on the night on the town, and

"There's an Officer down on 24th street next to the bank. Someone shot him right threw his heart. Requesting back up Immediately!" I yelled into my Walkie-talkie

I then heard the alarm at the bank we hit go off and a flash of red and black passed through the opening. Alana Smith

The evidence of your fingerprints was found, and now

Once the backup, detectives and paramedics got here they did a finger print search and my suspicions were confirmed. Alana Smith. 

I was let off duty and went home. While walking home I saw that same flash of red and black and decided to investigate. I turned the corner and found the culprit to the crime right in front of me counting money.

You got the right to remain right here with me

"Stop right there..." I said holding up my gun

She turned around dropping the bag on the ground putting her hands up. She looked even more beautiful in person...No Ian! She's a criminal.

"I'm taking you into cu-" but before I could finish my sentence she darted away.

I'm on your tail in a hot pursuit

I sprinted after her following her down the alleys. She slowed down after awhile and I hid trying to get her to think she lost me. Just looking at her made my heart beat faster...Why?  

Love is a high speed chase racing down the street

Woo-oo woo-oo woo, I'm coming after you

Oh no, here we go once again

After following her for awhile I took a short cut through a building cutting her off and trapping her.

"Stop right there! Put your hands up!" I said. Once again she put her hands up but I knew she was going to bolt.

We both know you'll never turn yourself in

"See ya later cop'er" she said bolting again. Her voice is perfect just like her...NO IAN!

So I'm driving 'till it's light out, searching for your hideout

Pick up the pace as I chase you around

I was chasing her and she went into an abandoned building...I know this building there's only one way in and one way out. I'll get her now.

One of these days I'll end up tracking you down

But yeah, I've got the feeling I'll be letting you loose when I do

I cornered her. She looked at me with fear in her eyes.

"I guess it's the end of the line for me..." She said looking me dead in the eyes. There was something else in her eyes...something I can't place...

"Put your hands up and slowly lie down" I commanded and she did exactly that.

I set her against the wall. I wonder why shes doing all this. Before I was going to call in I decided to investigate her.

"So...Why'd ya do it?" I asked her sitting across from her.

"Why would I tell you that?" 

"Well...we can either talk or you can just go to jail right away. What would you rather do?" I asked

"OK, OK the reason I-" she started 

" Just telling ya, I can tell when your lying, so I would be completely honest." I said cutting her off

Woo-oo woo-oo woo, I'm coming after you

"As I was saying...The reason I stole that gem and this money is because...because when I was younger my mother and father both left when I was younger. Leaving me on my own." she said her eyes getting watery

You got the right to remain right here with me

"So the only way I knew how to survive was stealing...So I stole everything I needed. Water, food, clothes, money, I stole it all. Later in my life I knew I couldn't survive just on that so I decided to I needed to steal something very valuable."

I'm on your tail in a hot pursuit

"So I planned to steal the gem of Aphrodite. That also lead me to stealing from that major bank and me running into you." she said  bobbing her head in my direction and looking up to meet my gaze.

A few moments after we stared at each other. I hugged her. She hesitated at first but then she relaxed into it. I just hugged a most wanted criminal. 

Woo-oo woo-oo woo, I'm coming after you

"I'm letting you go." I said pulling away and turning her around

"What? Why?" she asked confused

I'm coming after you

"Go, get a job, clear your name, stop stealing. You have potential, Alana Smith" I said pulling the cuffs off of her.

"Thank you, sir I-" she started

"Ian" I interrupted

"Well thank you Ian. I hope we meet again some day..." she said running out the door.

I'm coming after you!

 We did meet again. Years later. She had cleared her name. We became friends. Then something more. That was the day I met my wonderful wife.
