“We’re here.” Tobias says to me. “Hey what do we do now?” I ask, sluggish from sleep. “We are going to Erudite Headquarters because Johanna has further information.” “I love you.” I say. “I love you too. We have to get inside though; the announcements start in like, a minute.”

“Hello everyone.” Johanna stands at a podium in the library-like place. “Today, since we are starting fresh we will look at apartments.” Tobias kisses me after Johanna’s done talking. “You can live anywhere but, I suggest Chicago.” I doubt any of us would want to live in the fringe. “We are first going to take a poll. Whoever wants to live in Erudite go over there, Dauntless over there, Abnegation over there, Amity over there, and Candor over there.” No one I know goes to Candor or Amity. Zeke, Shauna, Christina, Amar, George, Tobias, and I walk over to Dauntless. Caleb and Cara go over to Erudite. Of course I see Susan walk to Abnegation. A Factionless man stands up and says, “I thought we were going live without the factions!” “We are living without factions just living where people used to live.” Johanna says.

On the train to the Dauntless compound Christina and I joke around, Tobias surprisingly sleeps, Zeke Shauna, George, and Amar stay quiet. Once in a while I’ll see Zeke and Shauna kiss but, oddly they aren’t talking like they normally do. Maybe it has something to do with the Tobias and Uriah thing. “Tris, what are you thinking about doing for a job?” Christina asks me. “I’m thinking of joining the police force.” I answer. “Johanna says that there are people who transport people from the fringe to the city if the people want to live in the city, I think I want to do that.” Christina says. “I think our apartments are in the Hancock building.” I say pointing to the large building. Johanna says, “Time to jump off.” So I wake Tobias up and Christina and I jump off on 3. This time when I jump off I don’t have to take steps after, since momentum. “You okay?” I ask Shauna because it was hard for her to get off because of the wheelchair. “Yeah I’m fine.” Shauna answers. “Since you’re afraid of heights our room won’t be up high, right?” I ask Tobias. “Yeah, probably.” Tobias says like he’s about to be sick. “I’m going to the 80th floor; I think that’s high enough for me.” Christina interjects. Tobias holds his stomach and says, “Just thinking about it makes me sick.” I giggle at his comment. “Okay, what height can you handle?” I question Tobias. “10” He answers. “Well; whatever makes you happy. Also the elevator can go fast so, I can visit Christina often.” I assure Tobias.

Johanna shows us to an available room. “Well, now we’re all alone.” I say as I quirk my eyebrows and smile. Tobias smiles and picks me up, one arm under my knees and one on my back. He drops me on the bed. Tobias kisses me and lifts my shirt up and off of me and I take his off. Soon all our clothes are off and I’m on top of him. I’m shaking because of all my nervousness. My body seems to know exactly what it’s doing. This is our second time but, it feels like we’re experienced. When we’re finished, I say “I love you.” And Tobias says, “I love you too.” Then we kiss and fall asleep.
