Mary came running into Andrews room, furious that he was not up and ready for his first day in Highschool.
"Andrew! Get up! You are going to be late for your first day in high school!" Andrews mother screamed.
Andrew groaned and slowly fell off of his bed, continuing with another groan.
"I said give me five more minutes!" Andrew said as he sprawled across his bedroom floor as if he were pouting.
"That was an hour ago! Get dressed and ready, I have to leave for work in five minutes so I am NOT driving you to school! You're in high school now, you can drive yourself!"
As Andrews mother gave him a lecture, Andrew slowly got up and walked to the bathroom, slamming the door shut in annoyance.
As the teen got ready, his mother said 'Goodbye' and left, leaving the Jock alone, late for high school.
Around ten minutes later, Andrew went outside and started his car, waiting for it to warm up so he could drive to school and not be frozen.
|Time skip 10 minutes|Spectators POV:
As Andrew walked in the school, he remembered he was late. Andrew ran to the front office and asked for his schedule. The office lady was not happy to see the student late for school, but gave Andrew his schedule and pointed to where his first class was.The boy ran to his first class, slowly starting to regret not leaving on time.
Andrew knocked on his first classes door, Math. The math teacher slowly walked to the door and opened it, asking who the late student was.
"I'm Andrew. Andrew Smith. I was late because I uh... My... Grandmother had passed away this morning, and I had to go see her in the hospital. Sorry." Andrew stuttered, trying to quickly come up with an excuse for being late.
The teacher believed the boys lie and let him inside the classroom.
"Well, my name is Mrs. Rose, and I will be your math teacher at your high school." Mrs. Rose stated as Andrew walked into the classroom.
"Take a seat next to Liam Serveas. Liam, raise your hand." Liam sheepishly raised his hand and put it back down, not wanting to draw attention to himself.
Andrew walked over to Liam and took a seat next to him, putting his notebooks right next to him on the floor.
As the teacher talked about the lesson they were about to go over, she called on students to answer the question, fortunately for Andrew, he was not one of them.
Mrs. Rose passed out the daily assignment and sat back down at her desk, letting the students work.
Andrew silently cursed at himself for not paying attention to the teacher and listening to instructions.
Liam noticed Andrews behavior and silently chuckled, realizing the jock didn't know what to do.Andrew stuffed the assignment into his binder and waited for the bell to ring, signaling that the class was over, and slowly drifting off to a light sleep.
