Misaki
'She holds the sticks like she'll use them as a fork. This most likely means that she'll dig into them...no, then she wouldn't be holding them in that angle. So she'll pick them up from both sides of the object. This must mean that the food will be shaped in a square, rectangular or circular shape. But molding rice into the shape of a rectangle would be too messy, and since our examiners are Hunters, they most likely would have a bit of a more elegant sense of taste, so molding the rice into a rectangular shape wouldn't count....We are also supposed to add fish to it. But it'd make no sense to eat it alive. That's not very pleasurable to the human digestive system or taste buds. But, we do not have any ovens to heat the fish up, so heating it up is out of the question. So that means that the fish will be raw. The way she holds the sticks shows that the mold of the rice would be, at least small enough to be able to grab a hold of the food with the sticks. So, the fish would have to be chopped up and somehow--'
The brunette was pulled out of her thoughts by a familiar voice.
"Hey, Saki, what you doing?" Killua asked curiously. The girl only stayed silent and stared afar, not wanting to socialize. Killua sighed and rolled his eyes and sat on her countertop.
"Did you figure out what sushi is?" He asked as he tilted his head slightly. Misaki whipped her head and glared at him. "Why don't you go play with the two other kids," she asked. Killua only shrugged. "Because it's not as fun as pestering you," he explained. The brunette only sighed in response.

Levi stayed concentrated on her meal as she took cautious looks around, to make sure no one was looking. "I'm confident," Leorio muttered to himself. "Add fresh fish to the rice and mold it...like this!" Leorio was done his creation and put his sushi on a platter with an arrogant smirk.
"I've finished! I'm the first one to finish it!" He yelled in accomplishment, walking up to Menchi. Levi looked over at the man with a frown. "Does he know?" She muttered as she squinted her eyes. "I call it the Leorio Special, try it," he insisted as he brung the plate closer to Menchi. Menchi smiled. "Let me see," she said cheerfully as she opened the platter's lid. She was met by a giant rice ball stuffed with living fish. A tick mark appeared on her head. "Like I'd eat that!" She yelled as she threw the plate behind her.
Levi bit her lower lip in hopes of not laughing.
"Hey! You didn't have to throw it away like that, damn it," Leorio retorted in annoyance. Menchi glared at him. "What did you say? I can disqualify you," she stated as a matter-of-factly. "Hurry back to your station," she continued as she waved dismissively at him.
Leorio gritted his teeth and stared at the woman in disbelief at her gesture. "D-Damn," he mumbled before doing as she demanded.
"Listen up," the woman yelled, getting everyone's attention. "The shape is important! If it isn't shaped like nigiri sushi, it's not even worth tasting!" Leorio walked back in disappointment. "I had confidence in that," he muttered under his breath as he passed Levi. Gon walked passed her too, his dish in hand, and a warm smile on his face.
She looked at his dish curiously. "Hey Gon, let me see," she said, causing Gon to stop.
Gon tilted his head. "Why?" He asked in confusion. Levi smiled back. "I just wanna see what you got is all," she assured. The boy chuckled as he grinned and put a finger to his mouth. "Secret~" He sang out with a wink.
Levi's eyes widened as her hand quickly went to her exhilarated beating heart. Her face was red as she stared at the boy walking away. He hadn't noticed the trance he put her in.
"Alright, mine is next," Gon said softly to himself, the excitement obviously bubbling in him.
He showed his plate to Menchi. She looked down to see a small ball of rice with a living fish sticking out of both ends. "It's no different from Number 403," she stated bluntly as she gave Gon's plate the same treatment as Leorio's.
"I'm at the same level as Leorio," the boy explained sadly as Kurapika and Levi came to his aid.
"No you're not, she's just exaggerating on how terrible your dish is," Levi stated reassuringly. Kurapika patted Gon's shoulder. "I sympathize with you, Gon," he stated.
"What did you say?" Leorio growled as his brow twitched in annoyance.
The exam went on with Menchi telling all the examiners their dishes were wrong. Killua closed his eyes as he got off the table. Misaki looked at him curiously as he began working. "Do you know what you're doing?" She asked quietly.
Killua only shrugged before taking his dish to Menchi. "Wish me luck," he said before trudging up to the line.
Misaki watched him curiously as he showed Menchi his platter. "Shrimp cocktail, marinated trout with mustard sauce and rice. It's sushi in Bourgogne style." He stated with a smirk. Levi and Misaki stared at the plate. Menchi stared down at it before tossing it in the air with a tick mark. "That's gross!" She shouted in disgust.
Buhara was quick to catch the food in the air, swallowing it in one gulp.
"Next one! Next!" She yelled. Killua closed his eyes. "Damn," he mumbled, yet didn't seem to be affected by the situation.

"I haven't tasted a single one! Are you going to starve me to death?" Yelled Menchi in annoyance. Levi sweatdropped. "Maybe if you didn't tell everyone to cook something they didn't know, the exam would move more smoothly," she muttered to herself. "I got it!" Kurapika suddenly exclaimed. "This must be it!" He yelled before trudging up to Menchi and shwing his disk.
"You're the same level as the first one!" She exclaimed as she threw the plate behind her. Kurapika was left traumatized, his eyes twitching and his mouth agape.
Gon and Levi looked at him in worry. "Is it so shocking to you?" Yelled Leorio as he pointed an accusing finger at Kurapika.
