Fairy Tail: The Mystic Melanite Stone

Chapter 1

Lucy P.O.V

* Alarm goes off *

"What time is it" I ask myself I look over at the clock to see it is 8:00 am.

"Oh god I better hurry" i say out loud "I promised Natsu and the others that I would go on a job with them at 10:00 am."

I get out of bed and go take a hot bath, then i make some breakfast, pancakes, eggs, and bacon. when I finish eating I notice the time is 9:46.

"I have enough time to get to the guild on time" I thought so I summoned Plue to walk with me to the guild.

Natsu's P.O.V

"Where's Lucy she is going to be late for the job!" I say, half annoyed then the doors swing open and in comes Lucy with Plue she walks over to where Wendy, Carla, Happy, and me are sitting and asks with a smile "so what job are we taking?"

"We have to protect this rich guy, someone wants to kidnap him" I answer.

"Erza and Gray are already there and already told him we are coming" Wendy adds.

"Can I see the request paper" Lucy asks.

I nod and hand the paper to Lucy, she starts reading it and then freezes "Lucy-San what's wrong" Wendy asks.

Lucy hands the paper to Wendy and turns to me and asks "did you read the fine print?"

I shook my head and said "there was no fine print" then Wendy says "so nobody that uses sky magic or celestial magic is aloud to take the job"

I freeze for a second then snatch the paper from Wendy "where does it say that? And there is no fine print" I say annoyed.

Wendy and Lucy look at the paper and see that I'm right then they hold the paper and the fine print appears.

"What the?" we say at the same time. Then Mirajane walks towards us and explains "There is a spell on it, if somebody that uses sky or celestial magic touches it then the fine print will appear."

"Do you know why they aren't aloud to go on this job?" I ask.

"It says that we aren't aloud to go on this job because, one of the people that are trying to kidnap the client uses sky magic and the other uses celestial magic. so he just wants to feel safer with nobody that use that magic around him" Lucy explains, and then Lucy and Wendy frown.

"What's wrong?" I ask them even that I already know the answer, "that means you and Happy will just have to go without us" Wendy says.

"Are you sure, you don't at least want to say that you didn't and wouldn't do something like that" I ask frowning.

they shook they're heads and said at the same time "We will just make him uncomfortable."

Right when I was about to leave I hear Lucy ask Wendy "Do you want to choose another job we can go on together?" And then I head out the door with Happy who had listened to the entire conversation.

So how was the first chapter? I know, I know it was horrible and boring but I just needed to get Natsu, Erza, Gray and Happy out of the way otherwise they would have gone with Wendy, Lucy, and Carla. I will update the next chapter ASAP and probably get more into it and make it more interesting.
