"Colton?" I said into the phone.

"Yeah?"

"Oh good you're still here. Can you pick Maxine up?"

"Why?"

"I can't."

"Anything for you, my love."

"I love you Colton."

"I hope so! We have a daughter together. I love you. See you later!"

I hung up the phone. About a half hour later I went home. Only to find Colton, our daughter, and two german shepherds curled up on the couch sleeping. "Hon," I said nuddging his shoulder. "Yeah?" He said. "It's time for bed." I picked Maxine up and carried her up to her room.

I walked back down stairs and was greeted by two dogs. "Get down!" I said laughing as the dogs jumped on me. I walked over to the door and let the dogs out, they ran outside chasing eachother. "You know," Colton said as he wrapped his arms around me. "I think we need another child."

"Colton, no not now. We have two dogs and a three year old. Not now."

"I know..."

"Sorry..."

"It's okay. I love you."

"I love you too."

He lightly kissed me...

"WAKE UP!" I heard my mom yell. "I TOLD YOU TO CLEAN YOUR ROOM, BUT, NOOO! I AM DISAPOINTED TO BE YOUR MOTHER!"

I rolled my eyes. It's a freaking Saterday! AND- 6:30 AM! Oh yeah the parade!
