that was my godforsaken alarm, it was telling me it was time to get ready for school. i hate that place, i always get shit from everyone for being straight and being emo. even at my own orphanage they bully me, just because i wear ripped clothes and eat sausage.
i sighed and pulled on my tatty clothes, the orphanage lady never bought me new ones, i had a shower last night so i was good to go. i went to brush my teeth and took an apple for breakfast before heading out of the orphanage to meet my friend, alaska.
"storm, hieeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!" my friend alaska called out from her car. she was looking extra delicious today with a blonde wig and a cute pink jumper.
"hey 'lasky!!" i replied, hopping into the passenger side of my best friend's ride. she gave me a kiss on the cheek and we set off for school.
"storm you'll never believe it, but i signed up for rupaul's drag race last night!!" she started. i wasn't surprised, she had applied so many times but hadn't got on the show.
"wow alaska that's great! i still can't believe you're dating sharon needles! i mean isn't that illegal!? we're in high school!!!"
"oh shush storm, i consent to everything!!" she counteracted
"but alaska, sharon could get arrested!"
"yknow what storm, ANUS-thing is possible! hey look we're at school, i have math so i'll meet you at lunch bye!" alaska and i hopped out of her land rover and she tottered away.
as soon as i entered the corridor, the name calling began:
'hey emo gal!'
'what's got ya depressed today'
'all my friends r ded push me to the edge'
and numerous pieces of paper were thrown at me. when i got to my locker, i sighed and cried.
