"What... What just happened?" I said

Madame Spud shook her head "I'm not a hundred percent sure."

I blew a low note on my flute, and it turned into a medical bag.

"I might be able to heal Draco," I concluded. It was an awkward silence as I looked through my medical bag for an instant healing potion.

"There," I said as I opened the bottle and poured some over Draco. Suddenly, Draco jumped up and shouted

"Take That" and stood in a pose, as if he was ready to punch someone.

"What happened?" He said

"Someone threw a poison potion at you, Draco." Madame Spud said.

Draco started running around and saying something that sounded like "Lo Mbala!"

"What's he saying?" I said.

"You don't want to know." Madame Spud concluded.

"Thatha lokho!" Draco shouted and withered a tree. He turned around and I gasped

"Your eye is... cracked!"

"Ngibonga lowo mzala omnandi ongeyena omuhle!" He shouted at my face.

"I have no idea what you just said, and I don't want to know," I said

Draco breathed in and out and said; "Sidinga uku- I mean, we need to get Purple back!"

I turned around and looked at our destroyed Hub.

"Maybe we can scavenge our hub and see what isn't broken," I said

"Yeah, that's a good idea," Sylvia answered.

We all walked towards our destroyed hub and walked into our houses. Some houses were more destroyed than others, but Purple and mine were relatively ok, just a couple blocks cracked, and my ceiling had started bending. On the other hand, Sylvia's was in a complete wreck. All that was left was her living room, but the fridge and storeroom were intact, at least.

I walked into my house and headed to the kitchen. In the fridge, there were a few stacks of mutton, and I decided that I should cook them before they went off. I lit my cooker with a match, took out my fry pan, and put some mutton on it.

I looked out the window, and Draco was in the fountain. "Wait, Draco in the fountain?! What the heck?!" I said to myself. He seemed to be trying to get to the beacon, but why? I asked myself.

I looked over at my mutton

"Ready!" I said to myself. I took out my flute and played a sharp high note, two low notes, and a quiet note, and it turned into a small pouch.

"There." I placed all the mutton inside and looked inside the fridge again. Not much was inside, just a couple potatoes. I opened up my oven and placed them inside. I headed out my door to check on Draco.

"What are you doing?" I half-shouted as I walked towards the fountain

"Kuphi lapho i-heck yilapho i-beacon yobuwula ?!" He Shouted back

"Huh?"

"I need to get the beacon" He replied as he jumped out of the fountain.

"Why?" I asked

"I'm trying to re-activate it. Although it probably won't work, I can try" he sighed and started walking to his house.

What was that all about?

Around an hour or so of collecting materials, we all gathered up to go find Purple.

"Okay.. uh... who has the, uh, map?" I asked the group, now forming a circle of supplies

"That would be me!" replied Sylvia

"Okay, food?"

"That would be me and the Prince." Madame Spud said with a nod.

"Alright, we're ready then." with a gulp, I turned around and faced the exit of our hub. "Let's do this," I said under my breath as I ran towards the exit, determined as ever to find Purple and unravel a mystery.
