Hello! Theses are some auditory sleeping aids that have helped me get rest. Some other suggestions would be [1] using over counter medications if you aren't using a prescription already (such as Tylenol pm) (be very cautious using medications and I would do some research before resorting to these medicines. Everyone gets a different reaction to it, and I don't want any of you getting hurt!) [2] reading a good book (this helps me sometimes, but if I really like the book, than I most likely will end up making myself stay up and read it, which is the opposite of what I planned to do, so this is kinda "iffy" but when it works, it really does help a lot... to me anyways) and [3] using good familiar smells (that may sound weird but I have these two candles that I use and they are really nice and help me relax when my mind is scattered). There are more methods to aiding sleep, so these are most definitely not your only choices, if none of these help I suggest maybe doing a little bit of research and seeing what "floats your boat" :) I hope this helps and I will most likely come back and put more links and notes on here, so (to be continued...)
