Betrayal and Vengeance

Day 4

"WELCOME TO DAY 4 OF THE GRAND MAGIC GAMES! WE CURRENTLY HAVE THE SCOREBOARD WITH ANCIENT PHOENIX IN THE LEAD! FOLLOWING THEM IS SABERTOOTH! COMING UP IS MERMAID HEEL AND RIGHT ON THEIR TAIL IS LAMIA SCALE. NOT TOO FAR BEHIND THEM IS QUATRO CERBERUS. BLUE PEGASUS COMES IN NEXT. TIED WITH BLUE PEGASUS IS NOW THE UNIFIED FAIRYTAIL A! DUE TO THE ODD AMOUNT OF TEAMS, WE COULD NOT KICK THEM OUT BECAUSE THERE WOULD BE NO SENSE OF BALANCE. IN DEAD LAST WE HAVE FAIRYTAIL B. FOR TODAY OUR GUILD WILL BE PARTICIPATING IN A FOOD EATING CONTEST? SERIOUSLY!? THAT WAS THE SPECIAL EVENT THAT THE KING REQUESTED!?" the announcer shouted at the guard that handed him the slip of paper. "You've got to be kidding me!" he muttered to himself as he turned the mic back on. "ALRIGHT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, PLEASE EXCUSE THAT SLIGHT INTERRUPTION AS OUR PARTICIPANT WILL BE SELECTED" the announcer says still slightly annoyed.

"ALRIGHT OUR CONTESTANTS WILL BE NATSU DRAGNEEL FROM ANCIENT PHOENIX, KAGURA MIKAZUCHI FROM MERMAID HEEL, MINERVA ORLANDO FROM SABERTOOTH, NICHIYA FROM BLUE PEGASUS, BACCHUS GROH FROM QUATRO CERBERUS, LYON VASTIA FROM LAMIA SCALE, ERZA FROM FAIRYTAIL B AND GRAY FROM FAIRYTAIL A!" the announcer says. The said participants walked up to a seemingly large stage. "YOU WILL EACH BE PRESENTED WITHA DIFFERENT DISH EACH. HOWEVER, EACH DISH WILL HAVE THE SAME PROPORTIONS AS EACH OTHER. FOR EXAMPLE IF IT'S CAKE, EACH SLICE WILL BE THE SAME SIZE. FOR TODAY YOU WILL EACH BE PRESENTED WITH A BOWL OF NOODLES, A BOWL OF MEAT AND A SLICE OF CAKE. WHEN YOU FINISH YOU PLATE OF FOOD, YOU WILL BE PRESENTED WITH MORE UNTIL YOU CANNOT EAT ANYMORE. WHOEVER EATS THE MOST WINS!" the announcer explains. "You may begin when the bell rings. 

Each contestant is presented with their food. The bell rang and Natsu started to wolf down his bowl of chicken. near him Minerva calmly eats her bowl of chicken noodle soup and right next to her Erza starts to devour the slice of strawberry cheesecake before her. The other contestants watch in amazement. They then realize that this was a competition and they tried to catch up. All but Nichiya because he didn't want to gain fat from all this food. Ina bit Natsu had finished multiple plates of udon, chicken, and chocolate fudge cake, but due to him not liking the sweetness he lights it on fire before eating it. Close behind Minerva continues eating in a neatly fashion, while showing no signs of stopping soon. Next is Erza who seems to be slowing a bit. Gray and Lyon were fighting over who would win but both of them paled in comparison to Minerva and Natsu. Kagura passed out due to the amount of food she ate and Bacchus had a hangover because he tried to drink while eating. They didn't know however the food slowly took away your energy.

Lyon and Gray have now beaten passed out Erza tying with each other. Natsu leads in first place still eating like crazy and showing no signs of fullness. Minerva followed but her pile only about three quarters of Natsu's. After a while Gray and Lyon rolled away due to there size from eating, which turned them into a big round balls. Minerva looked a bit full while Natsu continued chowing down now setting his chicken on fire. Sooner or later Natsu won.I mean it was eventually going to happen right?

"WELL IT LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE A WINNER. IT IS NATSU DRAGNEEL! NO SURPRISE T YOU READERS OUT THERE BUT WE HAVE A WINNER! WE WILL HAVE A SHORT BREAK WHILE WE WAIT FOR THE CONTESTANTS TO RECOVER." the announcer says. "Is there anymore food?" Natsu asks cutely as he looks around. "W-what is he made of?" Minerva groans as she clutches her stomach. "The earth seems flat to me now" Erza mumbles. Somewhere in the crowd someone shouted "EARTH-CHAN IS NOT FLAT!" With that the arena waited for the tag battles to begin.

So? How was it? Good? Bad? Well the story is almost finished! I might hold a poll for what to write next.I might make a collab account with my friend so it may not be on this account but I hope you'll read it. I hope did a good job writing this!
