After school that day I slowly walked home. I wanted to take in everything, it could be the last time I see it. I looked around, studying everything around me. The red and orange leaves flying through the air, the empty purple and orange swing set at the park. I looked away and put my head down, tears began to hit the cracked sidewalk. I wiped my tears away and walked faster with my head still down, until I bumped into a tall, black, skinny figure. I looked up and saw a plague doctor standing in front of me. I shivered at the sight of him, I cautiously began to back away until my whole body froze right then.
I then tried to take a breath but I couldn't, he began to lift my body up from the ground, I started to beg for him to let me go, but he just lifted me higher. I then lost it and screamed
"What the fuck do you want?!"
He then dropped my body onto the ground and walked toward me."You know what I want, Princess.", he said.
"Don't call me princess!" I shot back.
"Oh, you silly little thing, you are mine now."
"What the hell do you want?"
"To help you."
"How?"
"Come here, I'll let you in on a little secret"
I then slowly walked toward the doctor, he opened a flap of his jacket to reveal different types of bottled liquids with labels written in a different language. "Some of these can kill you, some of this will benefit you, some do nothing. I want you to pick one, any one and see what happens. If you pick one that can kill you, it will only bring your death date closer by 2 hours, you get 3 tries, then I'll tell you more. I grabbed a lilac colored one, and took a sip. I looked around and began to trip on my own feet, it felt as if the whole world was spinning. I fell on my back and looked toward the doctor and heard him say "Don't you know not to take anything from strangers?"
