I opened my eyes and took a gasp for air, the pale shocked faces of Palmer and Ducky were a relief to me, it means it worked, it means I'm finally in the headquarters, and I can finally talk to...

"Ducky what you got?" Gibbs said, tears in his eyes as he walked in through the opening doors and towards Ducky.

"I haven't started yet" Ducky paused "I don't think we need one anyway"

"What do you mean Ducky, we do need one, I need to get the b*$t@rd that did this" Gibbs raised his voice as he stopped near the table,

"No need to do that Gibbs" Palmer said looking at me, he held his hand out for me and he pulled me up to a sitting position,

"Gibbs" I said, looking at his face change emotion from anger to happiness, then to total confusion.

"It looks as if you've seen a goat" I said with a slight smile seeing his familiar fatherly face.

"No it's ghost Ziva, it looks as if you've seen a ghost" Tony mumbled to himself and he slowly dragged his feet through the double doors and into the cold room, his face was tear stained and his eyes held more tears, in his hand was my necklace, the necklace I dropped into his pocket when we kissed on the day he left me in Israel.

"Tony" I could barely speak, the shock of seeing him cry was something I had rarely see before.

"Ziva?" Tony said, looking over at me sitting on the cold metal table, "I must be dreaming" he mumbled to himself looking at the floor

"Tony it's me" I whispered "I'm here"

His head snapped towards mine, and his face held confusion, just like Gibbs had,

"Ziva" Tony breathed out loudly, and the ran towards me, engulfing me in a hug, "Ziva" he said in my ear, hugging me tighter, he then pulled me to arms length, the warmness of him left me,

"How?" he asked "Why?"

Before I could answer him the computer on the other side of the room lit up, and Abby and McGees red faces appeared,

"Ducky can you bring me some samples please" Abby paused "I don't think I can do this again" Abby turned around and cried into McGees chest, his arms instinctually wrapped around her.

McGee faced the computer and looked directly at us, his eyes met mine through the screen and his eyes widened,

"Ziva?" he asked uncertainly

"McGee" I answered, "Abby I'm sorry" I whispered looking down at my lap, I couldn't believe that I let Abby cry like that, I know she cried a lot when Kate died by the hands of my brother, but I didn't realise I meant this much to her, I didn't realise that my fake departure would have such a big impact on her.

Suddenly the doors opened again and I felt a hard slap on my cheek, then I was pulled into a hug.

"Don't you ever do that again Ziva" Abby's sobbed into my shoulder

I hugged her back, "I'll try not to" I whispered back, earning a small laugh from Abby as she pulled out of the hug, and stepped backwards next to McGee.

Everyone was looking at me, and I knew they wanted an answer.

"It was the only way" I spoke, looking at them, "It was the only safe way, a way that I knew would work. But I did know that I could never wake up if I was here to early"

They all looked at me in shock, and confusion, of course they didn't know, why I wanted to be here, why I needed to be here.

"But you have to keep me being alive a secret, you have to make sure everyone believes I'm dead" I said sternly looking at Gibbs, he nodded his head in acceptance of my words.

There was silence for awhile. Nobody said a word,

"Is there someplace I can stay?" I asked, "Someplace we can talk?"

"We can talk at mine" Gibbs said at the same time Tony said "You can stay at mine"

"Well we will talk at your Gibbs and I'll stay at yours Tony" I answered looking at them,

Palmer helped me off the table as everyone started walking out the doors, now was the time I thought

"Ducky" I said, he turned around

"Ziva" he answered

"Can I talk to you"

Everyone stopped at turned around

"Alone" I finished

"Yes, sure you can Ziva" Ducky said as everyone left and the doors locked shut

Silence filled the air,

"What do you need Ziva?" He asked

I took a deep breath and said the words that made Ducky silent for a few moments,

"I know Ducky"

"Know what?" he asked inquisitively

"I know everything" I said looking him in the eye

A few moments went by, as Ducky went though information in his head

"Agh" he said slowly "I guess you want to know why"

Yes, yes I did, I wanted to know everything that I didn't already know, I needed to find out what he knew...
