Flashbacks

Cathrine p.o.v.

*time skip 1 year*

I have no idea how long it's been years, decades, or just a couple months. I have no idea my memories have been getting more and more fuzzy as time goes on. I think I had a best friend before Alice, what was her name... Hannah.... no..... Maddie...... that's not it...... Madison I think. I don't know anymore, but Alice has been here for me, as I am for her. You see I can still remember all of the things H.Y.D.R.A. put us through. I rememeber the first time Alice discovered one of her powers.

-flash back-

We were our cell after another day of this prison tired hungry and in pain we didn't know how long it had been, we couldn't even make a guess as I sit down in the cell Alice, for once, speaks up.

"Give us something to eat."

I look at her in surprised she never demands anything. It was so unlike her but then again we have been here for what seemed like centuries. Me and Alice both stared wided with wide eyes as he walks down the hall and comes back with two apples. I smiled then I noticed his eyes were tintied with turquoise they also had no pupil shock I looked at Alices eyes the had a turquoise tint to. Amazed I look at the guard as he slides the apples through the little tray spot. Quickly taking one apple I instantly bit into it chewed swallowed and repeated. By the time I ate the entire apple I noticed to things I was really full and Alice was starting at me.

"What?"

"Nothing."

"Ok if you say so, but Alice can you tell the guard to never tell any one this happened and to forget all that just happened."

"I can try but it's not like it will work." She pauses turns to the guard and says "Never tell any one this happened and forget the last thirty minuets." She says confidently.

"Of course."

I looked at Alice with pride. Only to notice here yawn.

"We're going to have to work on that."

"Work on *yawn* what?"

"You can mind control people" I whisper "that's why your tierd."

"I can?"

"Yes we need to keep this to ourselves we can't risk H.Y.D.R.A. knowing about it." I whispered back "get some rest you can do it on me for pratice."

" alright."

-falshback over-

After that she would practice on me for a minute she kept getting better and better every time we practice. Just as  H.Y.D.R.A. made us stronger and stronger my sixth sense became sharper and sharper, my punches more effective, kicks more painful, my hearing and sight sharper, and my doges swifter. I even found a new power of my own I remember that moment clear as day.

-flashback-

Another day of pain came and went you would think you would get used to it but, you never especially when you have 2000 volts coursing through your body just so you heal faster. All my wounds had healed and I was back on the cold hard ground with Alice as we sit in a corner where the security cameras couldn't see what we we're doing and we whispered so they couldn't hear.

"You know something I wish to just be able to make cat memes come alive." She pauses "You know out of all the things I can't remember the thing I do remember is one cat meme where to cat were on a post and it looked like one cat was hugging the other and the caption said 'No Carl don't do it your on your ninth life!"

I smile imaging it playing out then I heard a gasp breaking my thoughts.

"Cathrine imagine that agian and look right here." She says pointing to the center of the concrete.

Confused I imagine it again looking where she pointed. I gasp at the sight before me, the two cats from the meme I was imagining were right in front of me I touch one I couldn't feel it but my hand didn't go through it either. I stopped imaging it and it disappeared.

"Keep it to ourselves?"

"You betcha."

-flashback over-

As time went on I trained my powers as Alice trained hers, H.Y.D.R.A. teaching us how to hack, use a gun, bow and arrows, and so much more.

Then are first mission came.

-flashback-

We we're laying on the floor looking at the cieling talking randomly.

"Do you remember what a unicorn is?" Alice asked

"A horse with a horn.......... I think....... no......... yes........ maybe.....?"

"Ok."

"Get up." A voice demands

Great  I think as I stand up next to Alice who was already standing. He grabs are arms and drags us through the hallways. This was the first time we didn't get knocked out before hand. He continued to drag us through the hallways until we reached a door labeled Strucker. He opened the door and shoved us in.

"Hello girls I have a mission for you."

"Why in the world would we ever go on a mission for you." I asked

"I guess we have to do this the hard way. I really wish after all this time you would give in. But no you have to be so dang stubborn. Wipe them." He shouts looking at the guy behind us.

Quickly I whisper to Alice "put up the wall so they can't make us forget! We can't kill, but I can make illusions so we don't have to! But the only way to escape now is to go by there rules."

She nods

The guard grabs our arms and drags us to the brain washing thing. I feel Alice protect my mind and I smile creating a illusion that are eyes were the same color they are normaly. Mine being green and hers being light blue. The pain came, it went, and I didn't forget. We both drop are magic.

We ended up doing the mission but no one was killed thanks to my illusion. So no other HYDRA agent were suspicious of us. We decided to gather more info on how to fight before we escaped.

The pain never stoped.
