Hey guys! Sorry for the loooong wait. I had exams and school stuff that I needed to take care of these last three weeks and my computer broke :( But now, everything's been taken care of.

Anyway, I have prepared a longer chapter for you all.

-Zac's POV

"Where were you?"

"Out"

I roll my eyes at her.

"Wow Zac, You’re helping in preparing dinner? That’s new." she says skeptically.

"Yeah, we're here busy preparing dinner and there you are running your fat ass around town" is what I want to say but I control myself.

I need to get good points from Mom so from today onward: no more swearing, no more getting into trouble and no more arguing with my sister or any of the family members including KC.

"Hey sweetie, how's school?" Mom asks cheerfully as she takes out the dishes and places them neatly on the dining table.

"Boring as usual" Roxanne answers nonchalantly while she sits on her seat at the dining table.

Roxanne is my little sister. She's two years younger than me. She's 5 feet 6 inches tall (3 inches shorter than me), she has a long light brown hair (same color as me) and a pair of emerald eyes which she got from my Mom. She's kinda skinny but not as much as most girls are at school.

She is not your typical high school girl-- she's beautiful, smart, and talented, but she's never obsessed with grades or awards and stuff. She has a good fashion sense plus she's also very sociable, in fact, she's the most popular girl at school.

The only problem with her is her attitude. She's a spoiled brat and a Daddy's girl. She always wants attention and she's a drama queen. She also has that 'if-I-don't-wanna-do-it-I-won't-do-it' attitude. I've never seen her with another girl of her age beside Maggie--her best friend since grade school. I heard she has many problems with other girls or something like that, I don't really know.

"What's for dinner?" she asks.

"Spaghetti with meatballs, and garden salad" Mom answers with a huge grin on her face.

"Nice" Roxanne says as she takes out her phone from her pocket and plays with it.

What a lazy girl. She doesn't even bother to help us.

Well it's not like I'm any different from her. And if it isn't for me getting into trouble and being grounded, I doubt that I would help Mom prepare tonight's dinner.

I am in charge of cutting vegetables for our salad and washing the dishes while Mom is taking care of all the cooking.

Honestly, I rarely help Mom in doing the chores, but I still hope that she will change her mind about that whole grounding thingy so I do my best running errands and doing the chores.

"Hey Zac, I talked with Mrs. Bennet early this morning and she told me that you submitted an 'unacceptable science project'... I think you didn't complete it or something... you can just talk to her about it... I think the school will be open tomorrow until next week." Roxanne informs me with her 'I-look-so-worried-but-I-am-only-faking-it' kind of face.

I 'face palmed' myself mentally.

WHY DOES THIS GIRL ALWAYS SAY THE WRONG THINGS AT THE WRONG TIME?! Goddammit.
