Doom walked into the meeting room, the emperor and Thrawn sat, waiting. Doom moved forward and took a seat opposite Thrawn. The emperor looked at them both and then spoke

"This rebellion has gotten out of hand, and both of you know why, go and eradicate it before I eradicate both of you"

Doom watched as Thrawn made his way out of the room. Once he was away, Doom spoke

"The rebellion has stepped up there game, using heavy weapons to take us on from long range"

"And what off it, get closer to them"

"The problem is, my fleet is in ruins, all I have left is a few capital ships, an interdictor and frigate, and they rarely travel alone, the Mandalorian's have join the fight, on the side of the rebellion, with the descendent of Revan as their leader, the son of Mira and Ephraim, Ezra Shan-Bridger"

The emperor narrowed his eyes upon Doom and spoke

"Contact lord Vader. Have him deal with this Ezra"

"Yes my emperor"

EZRA POV

I walked into the hangar to see Wedge and Talia together, by an x-wing. They have grown close over the past few days. I walked over to them, and spoke

"Hello, I see you two have gotten along well together, cousin, we are almost at Zargo's Prime, you can see your father and then come back if you want"

Talia smiled and spoke

"I would love to that"

I turned and walked away, leaving them to their business

TALIA POV

Wedge looked at me, he was not expecting Ezra to call me cousin. After a few minutes of silence, he spoke

"I never knew you were related to Ezra"

I laughed and spoke

"Yeah, my uncle married his mother, believe me when I say I had no idea she was a descendent of Revan"

Wedge had a look of surprise on his face

"Ezra, is related to Revan, no wonder he gets along well with the Mandalorian's. Still, I don't get why Sabine likes him"

I looked at him and placed a kiss on his check, and spoke

"I think it's because they were meant for each other"

Wedge was shocked by what I did, but he soon recovered

"I guess so, like the force said they were meant to go together for a reason"

The ship rocked as we dropped out of hyperspace. We made our way to the bridge to see Mandalorian's running around, Ezra stood, his arms behind his back, looking out the window. The alarm went off soon later, I looked at Wedge and we ran up to Ezra. Sabine had come up just before and stood by his side.

"What's going on cousin"

Ezra turned and spoke

"The empire is here"

Seconds later the holoprojector was blinking. The image of my father appeared, and he spoke

"I'm sorry I had to do this Ezra, but Vader said he would destroy us if I didn't hand you over"

I walked up to my father's image and spoke

"How could you father, you know that someone I love is aboard this ship, and he's family, you forget your oath"

My father looked down and then spoke

"I'm sorry Talia, but it was for the good of our people"

The ship rocked as a blast hit it, Ezra turned and yelled

"All weapons, fire, Fighter, deploy, Disable that Super Star Destroyer"

They have a super star destroyer, I looked at my father and spoke

"You know what you have to do to save me and Ezra, the last spark of hope in the galaxy"

He nodded and the hologram vanished, I turned to Wedge and spoke

"We should get to a fighter, I know how to fly well, but judging by your survival of the Death Star attack, you are more experienced at flying"

I look at Ezra and he nods,

"Take a Kom'rk fighter, they allow more then one person and are quite fast"

I turned to Wedge and we ran to the hangar

EZRA POV

I watched as Talia and Wedge ran to the hangar, I then turned to face the window, Vader, if you are to board, then come soon, I'm waiting.

"I want a direct path from the hangar clear of all men, the rest of you, fall back to the backup bridge"

The bridge crew gave out my order and then started to clear out, Sabine came up to me, gave me a kiss on the check and spoke before leaving

"Good luck"

I waited for minutes, then, I heard the door open and the breathing of the all too familiar suit was heard, I ignited my blade and faced Vader, his crimson blade ignited pointed towards the floor. He spoke

"You had your men stay out of the corridor to the bridge, you are brave, but foolish at the same time"

I smiled and replied

"Only that this encounter was bound to happen sometime soon. So, lets get this over with shall we, Anakin"

Vader roared enraged and charged forward, I pulled my blade up to block his strike. He spoke

"Anakin Skywalker is dead"

"But he was the one who betrayed the Jedi and help order sixty six, only to be named by another, the one who stands before me"

I moved back and force pushed Vader away, I stood in a defence position. Vader came forward fast. The next few hours were going to be good.
