Chapter 4:
"I'm gonna take you shopping for you room." Kelly says as she walks in. "As you can tell we were not expecting anyone." She smiles.
"Okay, no problem. When are we going?"
"Umm, in 10 minutes?" She laughs softly. She turns and starts to walk away.
"Okay sound good." I call after her.
I turn around and go to one of my many bags now around the room. I pull out a cute dark blue tank top with beads around the top and a pair of dark skinny jeans. I looks up and see Nate still sitting on my bed. I smile at him and walk to the bathroom closing the door behind me.
After changing and brushing my hair I go back into my room. Nate is still there.
I give him a confused look.
"Oh, I was just gonna let you know that my room in right next door and if you need anything just come and ask. I'm there most of the time." He says sweetly.
"Oh. Well thanks." I go to the bag that has all my shoes. I grab my tan sandals with white flowers all over them. There my favorite. " Well I better go tell your mom I'm ready to go."
When Kelly and I got to the store we went straight to the bedroom stuff and bathroom stuff. I picked this beautiful white quilt, there were a ton of big black flowers nearly cover the one side. The whole other side was a bright blue. Then we got matching blue bath matts, tooth brush holder, soap dispenser, and shower curtain. I loved them . We got pillows and sheets too.
We went to go pay and it came to almost $200. I used the bank card I got that is connected to the money my parents left for me.
When we got in the car I turned to Kelly. "Thank you for everything. You have no idea how much I appreciate it."
"Don't worry about it. You are family now. We may not feel like it but soon enough it will." Kelly said kindly.
When we got home I had Nate help me set up my room.
We talked. Got to know each other. We had a lot in commen. We both loved All Time Low, marshmellows, heads or tail double stuffed oreos, and reading. We both also hated chocolate.
I quickly realized that Nate was gonna become my best friend.
