Ultrasound

Rey's POV

It was good to be home since we return from our honeymoon until the night I got a morning sickness in the bathroom as Ben walked in and held my hair as he began to rubbed my back.

"It's okay, Rey, you're gonna be fine, it's okay." He said as he rubbed my back. 

I brushed my teeth as he flushed the toilet and he placed his hand on my stomach to feel my unborn child.

"So you wanna come to the doctor's appointment tomorrow?" Ben asked me.

"Yes." I told him.

"You should get some rest babe." He said and I nodded as he kneel down.

"Give your mommy a break kid, mommy is going to have some rest." He said to my bump.

I went upstairs and went to my bed, and I was drifted off to sleep as I placed both of my hands on my stomach to feel my unborn child.

As I am now 13 weeks pregnant as me and Ben drove to the hospital for the doctor's appointment. As we are the doctor came and told me to lie on the bed and pull my top above my stomach, so he's gonna do a scan. I lift my light purple blouse and lie on the bed as Ben stands beside on the bed and hold my hand as the doctor puts a cold gel on my stomach and puts a handheld machine on my stomach. The sound of a heartbeat filled out a room and an image of my baby came up on the screen, I was very happy as tears filled out an excitement.

"So do you wanna know the gender of your baby?" The doctor asked us about the gender result and we both nodded.

"Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Solo, you two were having a healthy baby girl!" He smiled as Ben hugged me tightly.

"I'll leave you two alone to speak." The doctor said and he wiped the gel off my stomach, handed me an ultrasound picture of my little girl and left.

"Ben, this is amazing! We are having a baby girl!" I cry into tears of joy onto Ben's shoulder.

"Thank you Rey, I'm so proud of you." Ben smiled and kissed me everywhere on my face as we are so excited to meet our little girl.

Ben's POV

Rey and I were finished making the nursery room for our baby to arrived. We finished making the crib, Rey was placing the matress on the crib, I place a musical note mobile above her crib while Rey folding the pink blanket on the crib. And we placed the diaper changing table beside the crib, and the nursery chair for Rey.

I kneel down and rubbed her bump.

"Can't wait to meet you, I love you my little girl." I smiled and kissed Rey's bump and Rey smiled. I am so excited that we are going to be parents.

5 months later..

Rey's POV

I was sitting on the nursery chair as I hear my baby kicked I was so happy, I took a picture of my bump on my phone.

I came downstairs as I hear a door knocked and opened the door as Ben was at the kitchen making lunch.

"Hi guys." I hugged Poe, Phasma, Finn and Hux.

"Hey Rey, we give you something for your baby." Finn smiled and handed me baby clothes and Poe handed me baby toys, Phasma got some baby blankets and Hux got some birthing books for me to read.

"Thanks guys." I smiled at them.

"So what are you having Rey?" Poe asked me.

"I'm having a little girl." I smiled.

"Congrats Rey." Phasma smiled and hug me.

"Thanks guys." I smiled as we both went to eat our lunch.

"So Rey, have you and Kylo planning baby names for your baby?" Hux asked him.

"We don't know yet, we'll planning to name her when she was born." I said to Hux.

As soon as after we finished eating lunch, we are placing the baby gifts for the baby. And Ben's parents and my Grandpa came and placing baby diapers, blankets and toys for the baby.

"I am so exciting for my granddaughter to come." Leia smiled as she placed her hand on my stomach as I was hugged to her.

"I'm proud of Ben, you are going to be a father." Han smiled.

"Thanks dad." Ben said and he hugged him.
