Yeah yeah, everyone thinks I'm an idiot cause I've started avoiding Levi. Lately I've just been keeping myself busy ok? It's not like I'm ignoring him on purpose.... Kinda..

I mean I have physical therapy on Mondays and Thursdays and I've been exercising a lot on my own as well as working on that massive stack of homework I came back to, which I'm finally almost done with, thank the gods I don't believe in.

I just really don't know how he would have reacted to that stupid kiss and I don't exactly want to get mad, that midget is terrifying when he gets mad, though it couldn't be so bad.. He has been trying to talk to me..

Erwin and Armin have been trying to make my pace myself so I don't get hurt more while I work out, but I seriously don't think I could stay inactive anymore, I still feel like a titan is going to jump out at any second and I'm always super tense. Irrational I know.. But that's what happens when you live in that place for a month, well at least I was told it was a month.

I was in the weight room at the far end of the school doing my physical therapy and daily exercise routine that I had picked up from my time with the scouts, it was intense and got the job done quick. Just the way I like it, perfect for the quickest recovery I could get.

I get the feeling someone was watching me and I already had a guess as to who it could be and I turn, sure enough I was right.

Levi had finally cornered me, and he didn't look happy.

"Why are you avoiding me?" he asks walking into the room staying in front of me so I couldn't just leave without him being able to stop me.

'He wasted no time with that one' I think slightly annoyed "I-I wasn't avoiding y-you, I just got-got busy"

He's still frowning but his look has softened so I could tell that this had actually hurt him. "Right and this has nothing to do with, say embarrassment?"

I frown at him but he raises an eyebrow "So w-what if it was" I grumble.

"There was no reason to be embarrassed" he says gently and I look at him with a surprised frown, he shrugs "It was a normal reaction for someone who was grateful for having a close friend who was worried about you."

'........Should I tell him?..... No.. No just play it safe'

"I-I g-guess that's true" I respond with a shrug ignoring my heart which was screaming at me.

He gave me this little look and it seemed, if only for a second, like he didn't want me to take the little way out he had left for me. He quickly schools his features back to his usual smug frown "So are we back on talking terms?"

I just nod still slightly confused "A-And don't w-worry I'll be ab-ble to come back to fencing r-relatively soon"

Levi's frown gets a little deeper "You weren't recommended to come back for about a month after you left the hospital, it's only been a week"

"T-They clearly h-haven't met me, a-and th-the next th-thing to go w-will be-be this cursed st-stutter" I growl a slight pout on my face.

I must have looked kinda silly cause he smirked at me resisting a laugh "It makes you seem a little helpless" He says with a light chuckle.

I frown "T-Then maybe-maybe I'll k-keep it a-around, to catch pe-people off guard" I respond with a joking grin.

"LEEEEVVVVVIIIII"

I wince at Petra's piercing voice "I s-swear that g-girl is go-going to give me a mi-migraine" I grumble

He chuckles "I know what you mean"

"LEVI BABY WHERE ARE YOU???"

I looked at him stunned "B-Baby?"

He rolls his eyes "She thinks we're back together" he sighs "Like that would ever happen." he snorts.

I nod letting out a small pent up breath that I didn't know I was holding and let out a little laugh. "D-Do ya got anyone i-in mind to-to replace her a-as your girl-girlfriend?" I ask wiggling my eyebrows at him laughing a little.

Was that just me or is that a blush on tough man Levi's face...

"LEVI BABY WHERE ARE YOU???"

I sigh and (Y/N) gives me a stunned almost panicked look "B-Baby?" she asks with her adorable stutter, which she would murder me if I told her it was cute.

I just roll my eyes "She thinks we're back together" I let out a soft sigh of annoyance "Like that is going to happen" I snort the thought amusing me in a perverse way.

She sighs softly and laughs lightly "D-Do ya got anyone i-in mind to-to replace her a-as your girl-girlfriend?" She asks wiggling her eyebrows at me comically.

That really caught me off guard.. My mind instantly shows me an image of her laughing with me covered with soap bubbles from when we had tried to clean her apartment and I can feel my cheeks get slightly warm. I quickly suppress the memory and simply shrug "I have someone in mind but I'm not sure she feels that way about me yet" I say calmly.

Her face drops for a moment and I almost missed it.... Almost...

Oh God..... Did I just fuck everything up with her?....
