Just Another Girl

Chapter 4

Jenna's alarm clock went off, and she slowly turns to turn off her alarm. She rubs her eyes and starts to get up. She looks over and sees Jordan slowly open up her eyes.

    "Hey why are you up?" Jordan asked while looking at her clock and seeing that it's 6:30 "You do realize that we have an hour and a half until classes start, right?"    

    "Some of the morning classes are cancelled because the Isle kids are coming today, and I have to get some things ready still." Jenna said while putting her shirt on and quickly putting on her shoes.

    "Right..." Jordan said while drifting back off to sleep. Jenna walked over to her, and clapped her hands in her face.

    "Time to get up," Jenna said.

    "Fine i'm up!" Jordan said while putting her hands up. Jenna nods and walks over to the bathroom. She looks in the mirror and sees that Jordan is under her blanket trying to go back to sleep. Jenna quietly walks over to Jordan's bed and takes her blanket off of her body, and throws it over onto her bed. "That wasn't nice!"

    "Well I need you to get ready," Jenna said.   

    "I didn't even want them to come here in the first place!" Jordan screamed.

    "Well to bad they are coming whether you like it or not," Jenna said while grabbing her jacket. "Move it." Jenna stared at Jordan until she got out of bed, and moved to the bathroom. Jenna nodded and opened the door. She laughed when she heard Jordan talking about her in the bathroom, and then closed the door to the room. She locked the door and started headed down to the entrance of Auradon Prep. She was looking down at the ground and accidentally bumped into someone.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean-" Jenna started before she realized it was Chad she ran into.

    "Well hello sweetie," Chad said smirking at her.

    "Hi Chad." Jenna stated, she looked at him smirking and almost puked. "It looks like you have something in your teeth you should probably get that out."

  Jenna gave him a mean smile and started to walk away from him. "Where are you going?" He asked.

    "None of your business," Jenna replied, she looked back at him and huffed at him admiring himself in a mirror.

    "She so wants me back." Chad said while looking in a mirror.

    "Hey Jen," Ben said while giving Jenna a little push.

    "Hi Ben," Jenna said while pushing him back.

    "Where's Audrey?"

    "How am I supposed to know?"

    "Sorry for asking.." Ben replied.

    "I'm sorry. I just talked to Chad for the first time since we broke up, and it felt a little weird. He's still conceited."

    "Look he doesn't deserve someone as amazing as you are," Ben said while putting his hand on her shoulder and smiled. "Plus he has always been conceited." They started laughing and Audrey noticed as soon as she got there. She stormed right over and took Ben's hand off of Jenna's shoulder.

    "Hey Benny Boo where am I supposed to put this sign?" Audrey asked bringing the sign up so Ben could see what it was.

    "Um I don't know. Ask Lonnie." Ben said, he looked down at Jenna and smiled. Audrey noticed and pulled him with her so he wouldn't talk to Jenna. Ben huffed, "Talk to you later."

Jenna laughed, "See ya."
Jenna waiting until Ben was no longer in sight and said to herself, "Benny Boo? Is she 4?"

    ~

    "Hey Chad! Did you get the girl back?" Miguel asked.

    "Not yet, but she totally wants me back," Chad said.

    "Really? She is right there," Miguel stated pointing to Jenna trying to hang up a sign.    

    "Let me go work my magic," Chad said, he pushed his hair back and smiled. He started to walk up to Jenna but his shoes started to squeak. She saw him coming and started to walk away. He sighed and screamed, "Jenna!"

    "Go away Chad I am in the middle of decorating," Jenna stated trying to find something to do. He continued trying to talk to her but she didn't listen. Ben saw Chad bugging Jenna so he immediately ran up to him.

    "Hey man do you want to help us?" Ben asked.

    "Um no!" Chad replied.

    "Okay then please leave so the welcoming committee can actually do some work without you bugging us." Jenna stated, she crossed her arms and waited for a snotty reply from Chad, but he didn't know what to say. He just nodded his head and walked back over to where Miguel was standing.

    "Still into you huh," Miguel said while laughing. "Man she is totally over you!"

    "Not for long," Chad said to himself.

    "Doug start the music! They are here!" Fairy Godmother screamed.

    "You got it," Doug said while he started playing. Everyone sees a limo pull up. The guy driving gets out of the car and opens the door. They saw 2 guys wrestling over something

    "Oh! Ah! Ow! Stop!" Someone said. "You got everything else! "Why do you want whatever this is?"

"'Cause you want it!" The guy in full leather said.

"No!"

"Give it to me!"

"Ow! Let go!"

"Guys, guys, guys! We have an audience" A girl with purple hair said.

"Just cleaning up." One of the guys said.

"Leave it like you found it, and by that, I mean just leave it," Fairy Godmother said. The guy with the leather jacket walked up to Audrey and smiled.

"Hey foxy. The names Jay," Jay said, he then looks over to Jenna and winks at her. Jenna looked around but didn't see Jordan, she started to go look for her, but before she can leave Ben pulls her next to him.

"I'm Ben, and this is my best friend," Ben started.

"Thanks Ben-" Jenna started but Audrey interrupts her and heads towards Ben.

"Prince Benjamin soon to be king," Audrey said while pushing Jenna out of the way. She puts her head on his shoulder.

"This is Audrey," Ben said.

"Princess Audrey. His girlfriend. Right Benny boo?" Audrey said. Ben pushes Audrey off of her and walks towards Fairy Godmother.

"Ben and Audrey are going to show you all around, and I'll see you tomorrow. The doors of wisdom are never shut. But the library hours are from 8:00 to 11:00, and as you may have heard, we have a little thing about curfews," Fairy Godmother said while leaving. 

Jenna thinks, "Audrey completely pushed me out of the picture, and one again Ben did nothing to help me."

"Well I will see you guys later. It was nice to meet all of you. " Jenna smiled.
