A few hours later, they arrived at the hotel when Mark looked at Sean, noticing he fell asleep, his head lolled to one side. Chuckling, he gently shook his shoulder.

"Sean, wake up." He said, getting him to wake up right away. "We're here."

Sean rubbed the sleep out of his eyes. "Damn, I must've been tired.." He looked at Mark, his brown eyes shining in the sunlight. "Sorry."

Mark shrugged. "It's alright. I'm not mad about it."

Getting out of the car, they grabbed their stuff before heading inside. Everything inside had something Disney on it: Mickey Mouse standing on the dark green desk where you check in, Donald Duck sitting by the TV in the lounging area.

Mark approached the lady behind the desk. "We'd like to check in please."

Getting that situated, Sean just looked around in amazement, the giddiness still going through him that he's finally in Disney for the first time. He can't wait to actually go there and explore the place, it's always been a dream of his.

"We're ready to go, Sean." Mark said, getting him to snap out of it. Nodding, Mark lead them to their room on the second floor. Sliding the card, he opened up the door, revealing a moderately bright colored room with a dark red couch facing an entertainment center, a flat screen TV sitting in the center of it. White walls covered the entire room, a tiny hallway having a bathroom and a bedroom.

Walking into the bedroom, it only had one bed, Sean's heart fluttering.

"Oh..there's only one bed." He said, his voice slightly squeaky.

Mark lightly laughed. "It's alright, man. We're friends. I'll share."

Setting his duffle bag down across from him, he grabbed his phone from one of the side pockets.

"Ready to go explore?" He asked with a smile.

Sean immediately nodded. "Hell yeah I am!"

"I figured you would be." He said with a toothy grin.

Once they were ready, they headed back to Mark's car, driving to Disneyland.

***

Once they arrived, Sean eagerly got out of the car, eyes widening at what he can see from the attractions. From the Disney castle to the different kingdoms, to the varieties of shops.

"Trust me when I say it's better once we get in there." Mark said, standing next to him. "Shall we?"

Heading to the main gate, the security people scanned their tickets before walking inside. Tons of people were wandering around, sometimes bumping shoulders, but nobody stopped them.

Sean tapped Mark on the shoulder, pointing at a huge mansion. "Is that The Haunted Mansion??"

Mark laughed. "Yeah it is. Wanna get spooked?"

"Fuck yeah I do!" He said, already making his way over there. It looked exactly like the one from the movie, making him even more pumped.

Once they get there, the line was a little long.

"How long is the wait usually?" Sean asked.

Mark shrugged. "Usually about ten minutes or so. Depending how long the line is."

Just as he finished saying that, the line moved up, Sean smiling the whole time as he took in the sight of the mansion. He saw the park employee standing there, checking their passes before letting the people get in. The two of them got to the front, but it was full, the employee roping it off until the next group comes back. Sean watched as the ride took the group inside the mansion.

"Someone's anxious." Mark said so only he could hear it.

"Just a little, yeah." Sean said with a laugh when another group came back. Once they got off, the person let them through after checking their passes. Sitting down, Sean was bouncing up and down in his seat next to Mark.

"I'm so excited to get spooked!" Sean said.

"As am I!" Mark said.

Right after he said that, the ride started moving. They were immediately surrounded by darkness within the first few seconds of the ride. On instinct, Sean scooted a little closer to Mark, unaware that their legs are now touching before a jumpscare happened: a ghost popping out of the wall, laughing maniacally. Jumping in his seat, Mark smiled at his reaction, the two of them laughing it off a couple seconds later.

They reached the room with the woman in the glass ball, everything moving around them with her in the middle, laughing. At some point, it made them feel a little dizzy before moving on.

A few minutes later, they came back to where the line of people were waiting when Sean noticed how close he was to Mark, causing him to blush.

"S-Sorry...I don't.."

"Don't worry about it, man." Mark said as everyone else got off before them. "Cool ride, huh?" He added as they followed the group of people out.

"It was awesome!" Sean said. "Could've had a couple more spooks but it was awesome."

Mark smiled. "Good." He looked at his watch. "Still got a while before they close. Let's keep exploring."

Nodding, they kept wandering around Disney, stopping in a few shops to check it out before moving on. Mark kept glancing around, his hands behind his back, feeling the familiar bump of the knife tucked in his back pocket.

Seeing someone in the little alley between in the bathrooms and some grass, he looked over to Sean.

"I'll be right back." He said. "Just need to use the restroom."

"Okay." Sean said, sitting down on one of the benches while Mark walked off.

***

Mark just made it to the door to the men's restroom when he veered off to where that person was. Taking his knife out, he quietly approached them, listening to them talk to someone on their phone. He saw something dangling out of their back pocket, something gold and shiny. He quickly yanked it out, but it caught their attention. Before they could say something, he covered their mouth, lifting the knife up to their neck.

"Sshh..it's gonna be fine." Mark said, slowly slicing the blade along their throat. "It's gonna be okay."

Watching them drop their phone, they gagged for breath, blood covering his hands when they fell to the ground. Smiling, he took the money from their wallet. Stuffing his hands in his pockets, he ran to one of the bubblers nearby to rinse off the blood.

***

Sean sat there for a while, and when he looked at his phone, he noticed almost ten minutes passed by, and he was about to go look for him when Mark came back with a smile on his face.

"Sorry, it was a long line." He said. "Didn't think it would take that long."

Sean shrugged. "It's okay."

Mark cleared his throat. "Shall we keep going?"

"We shall." Sean said.

They kept walking around, Sean completely oblivious to what happened just now.

A/N: I'm so sorry it's been a little over 2 months since the last chapter. Again, this is my 3rd attempt at a septiplier story, so I'm still relatively new to writing one like this. Plus I've been getting writer's block and longer shifts at my job that I'm just too exhausted to write. I will try to get more up as soon as I can! Sorry it's kinda boring right now but it's gonna get better!
