"Bella?!?!" I shriek.
"Surprise!" she says unhappily.
"Wha- How- Huh?!?" I try to say.
"Relax sweetie, I'm not happy to see you either" She says while rolling her eyes.
Well there goes Kayla's first impression of my 'mom'.
I turn around and say "You can come out now Kayla"
She stutters but manages to say hello. "What are you doing here?" I ask.
"Well I came to take you back home of course" She says.
"What?!" I shriek once again.
"Edward's made me see how wrong it was of me to disown you like that, so I've come to bring you back"
"What about school?" I ask.
"Taken care of, as soon as we get home you'll be attending Forks High School once again" She says.
No. no. no. no. no. This cannot be happening.
What about Embry? What about Kayla? What about me?
" Do I get any say in this?" I ask, deep down knowing the answer.
"No, now lets go and get your things"
Bella leaves me standing there shocked.
"What is she talking about Carlie?" Kayla asks in a small voice.
I quiver and start to cry "I'm sorry Kayla, I have to leave La Push" I manage to cry out.
She starts to cry "No you can't leave! You're my best friend" she cries out.
"We'll still see each other, just not as often"I say reassuringly.
Knowing Bella, She'll probably just forbid me from seeing anyone once she finds out that today was a school day.
"I'm going to miss you Carlie" She cries.
"Me too Kayla" I cry and hug her.
"HURRY UP" Bella yells.
Kayla gives me a sad look "Bye"
* in the car *
"Now, would you like to explain what you were doing at a friends house on a school day?" she asks.
"I skipped school" I said simply.
"May I ask why?"
"No you may not" I state.
I've been down this road before, I know I'm going to get punished so what's the point?
She glares at me "Embry imprinted on me" I say.
"So?" she scoffs.
"So. It would've been awkward" I say giving up on telling her anything.
I see the familiar house that I know and love, I stare at it longingly wondering when I'll ever see it again.
As soon as the car stops I jump out of the car and run to my room but not before hearing Bella call out
"Don't think we're done with this conversation"
I angrily stuff all my clothes into my suitcase. Why is it always me?
I can't even say bye to Emily and Sam because I dunno where they are .
And worst of all I'll be leaving Kayla and Embry behind.
Even if Embry may hate me for ignoring him.
Once I finished I stomped angrily to the car, childish, I know.
But what can you do when your whole world has just been ripped apart?
"We'll talk in the house" Bella says.
"Great" I mutter.
I wonder if Bella's even notified Emily and Sam about my leaving them.
I wish I could've said goodbye to them, maybe Edward will let me come back and visit.
Either way whatever lies ahead of me, won't be pretty.
