"Order! Order!" Zeus said fiercely as he tried to hammer down a gavel but the room was filled with gods and goddesses all yammering together about the Hydra that had nearly destroyed their city. Zeus had called a meeting at his headquarters but probably didn't think about the space that all the gods and goddesses would need in the tiny room. Him, Hera, Posiedan, Hestia, Aphrodite, and Demeter all sat at the conference table while the gods and goddesses stood around it impatiently waiting for some answers.

"What will come next?" Hestia asked Aphrodite.

"That Hydra was bigger than the last one!" Eris said to Phobos.

"Did you see Persephone?" Hermes had whispered to Iris "She took it down without stopping!"

"I SAID ORDER!" Zeus yelled out as he threw the gavel to the side. Hera sighed beside him and stood to take over the mass hysteria that was about to happen.

"Calm yourselves ladies and gentleman" Hera exclaimed as all fell silent to the queen of the gods "We will get this all figured out here soon enough, we just need Persephone and Hades to arrive for some questions."

"Well where is he!?" Ares shouted "Do I need to go get that kidnapping piece of-"

"Piece of what Ares?" Hades voice said from the doorway "Tsk tsk nephew, that temper really hasn't improved in the last millenium."

Persephone let out a giggle beside him and Hades could swear he felt his smirk grow even bigger.

"About time.." Ares muttered as he crossed his arms.

"You called for me brother?" Hades said strolling up to the conference table with Persephone at him arm who glided just as smoothly beside them, as if they were one being rather than two.

"Persephone!" Demeter said coming around the table "I'm so happy to see you safe!"

She came to embrace Persephone but all she got was Persephone's extended hand "I'm fine mother."

Demeter took her hand and then glared at Hades "What was she doing out in the middle of the road! She could have been killed because of you!"

"Now hold on mother!" Persephone said taking her hand away "None of this is Hades fault! He was having a meeting with father if I remember correctly, and I was out taking a walk when I saw the Hydra."

"A walk?" Demeter asked skeptically.

"Yes a walk" Persephone said matter-of-factly "I had a lot on my mind because of someone and decided to get some fresh air out of the Underworld. I was perfectly safe."

"That doesn't explain how you took down a Hydra all by yourself young lady" Hera picked up from the conference table, obviously perturbed at Persephone calling Zeus "father". But Persephone was a queen too, and it was high time she started acting like it.

"I was able to subdue the Hydra quite easily" Persephone said coming towards the conference table "My powers have been dormant for the last century or two, so I used them responsibly to take down the threat to our city."

More whispers from the crowd as they acknowledged how powerful the queen of the Underworld really was.

"You said you were out for a walk because you had a lot on your mind" Zeus said sneakily "Could it be that you and Hades were fighting when you spotted the Hydra?"

"I really don't think thats appropriate brother" Hades finally said stepping in between Persephone and Zeus "My wife and I are happy."

"Yea they are" Hermes said snickering.
