Layken couldn't believe it. She could cry tears of joy. She reached out for her mobile, typed in his number as fast as she could and listened to the ringing. 1, 2, 3, 4.. Just as she wAs about to give up all her hopes, she heard a voice. 'Hello?' Oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh oh oh oh GOD. 'Hello, umm.. J?' Layken fought back her tears. J?? She couldnt believe herself. Such a bad beginnig. 'Lake?', he asked then there was silence. Nobody had called her 'Lake' since her father died because of an heart attack. Although, nobody ever called her 'Lake' besides of her father and her old, best friend...Justin. No, she thought. That can't be him. It IS NOT him. I would know, she thought.. 'my name is ju-' his voice broke. 'Justin. My names justin Haha.' His voice was so cute. So...sexy. 'Well, im Layken', she said. 'Nice to finally talk to you then, Layken' BREATHE LAKE BREATHE. 'How r u ?', He asked, as the silence began to get uncomfortable. But something in his voice seemed so fucking familiar..'Good, really. Wbu?' 'Ah, same as yesterday', justin said. 'Your parents really did hurt you then, i guess. But as i don't know what the actual theme was, i cant give u any advice...' She heard him take a deep breath. 'its not really important though, Lake. dont worry about me.' 'If you say so', Layken replied. 'what i wanted to ask you', justin continued,' did you hear the latest news about Justin Bieber?' Layken didn't know if she was hearing right. Why was he asking him about Justin bieber? She didn't think about him in a long time. Her 'once best friend'. Yea, Justin aka kidrauhl, was her bff when she was born and till 9th grade. But that was before he left Stratford. Before he left Layken all alone. He didn't even try to stay in contact with her. Didnt even say good-bye. One year later, he was known all around the world. But she wouldn't tell her new friend Justin. Not right now. Not later. She wanted to forget her 'bff' the way he had forget about her. 'Umm, yea, yesterday night. My friend is a huge fan but, im not really in that bieber-fever, i dont think much of that guy. He's kind of ignorant. But thats just my opinion, i mean idk him in real life' 'Oh, well but you know, he may be different in real life, it's not like we know him. We surely dont, do we?' He said it an a quick rush. Layken wasnt even sure if she heard him right, cause he was so quick. Layken began to have a weird feeling in her stomach. Why was he so weird about that justin-bieber-situation? 'Uh, Layken, you know, we know each other really well know, and we have no secrets. I know it may be hard for you to hear, but.. theres one thing you dont know about me, Layken.' Layken was listening to the sound of his breath thorugh the phone. She was weird all over her body now. None of them said anything. It seemed like a whole year of silence. Finally, Justin began to speak again.
