Layken's pov.

'Yeah?', Layken asked. Nothing. 'Justin? Are you still there?' Nothing. 'I cant believe it' Layken said out loud to herself. He just ended the conversation. Why? Was there anything he wanted to keep away from her? He sounded so nervous, she thought. But, who knows, maybe it was just because they were talking for the first time. Maybe.

Justin's pov.

No. He just couldn't bring himself to tell her the truth. The truth about why he 'accidently' sent her the message. Why he wanted to know her so badly. He had missed the sound of her voice. Her soft voice, that had always, no matter what, bring him to smile. He had missed the way her eyes looked into his, until he left in 9th grade. He was so stupid. He let her, his best friend, behind only to become the world famous star justin bieber. 'Was it worth it?', he thought. No. He had wanted to tell her. He really did want to, he tried. But he couldn't stop thinking, about what would happen. Maybe she would hate him even more than before. Maybe she'd never forgive him. Never forgive him that he placed her as a fool. She'd be hurt. That wouldn't be the first time he'd hurt her. Ever since he'd left stratford, before his career started, he swore to never face her again. Because he knew, that everything he touched, and even only looked at, broke. He was Justin Bieber. He was bad. Layken deserved somebody way better than the Justin he turned to. He wasn't like this before. The world changed him. He wasn't the old kidrauhl anymore. He wouldn't do that again. He wouldn't message her again. Wouldn't call her again. He would let her forget him. Let her live her life. Everything he did from now on, was for her very best. Justin once left her behind, he couldn't do that again. And he swore to himself, that whatever happens, he will love her best. Forever. He just wouldn't tell her. 'Layken', Justin whispered to her picture which hang on his wall. 'I never forgot you. I never will. Please forgive me'
