It was already late in the afternoon when I woke up. Almost everyone was out doing their own stuff. When I walked down to the workshop (where all our game computers are gathered and set-up), Jisung handed me my cashbook. "We already transferred the money from last week to our individual accounts," he said delightfully.

"Thanks," I said as I checked the numbers under my name.

"And as always, here's the 'leftover' cash from your share," said Minho-hyung handing me a fairly bulky brown envelope. Since I joined, I always ask them to transfer money to my personal account in Australia by millions; whatever is left after the transfer- say a few hundred thousands- hence the so-called 'leftover cash'; I use for the basic things I need like clothes and food and some other extra stuff like new guns and weapon upgrades; basic stuff.

"Where's everyone?" I asked.

"Woojin-hyung and Seungmin went to get the trailer fixed. Hyunjin is still in school. Jeongin went to get his playthings (software) from the broker," Minho-hyung answered.

"Changbin-hyung?" I don't know but I couldn't stop worrying about hyung since last night.

As if on cue, Changbin-hyung appeared from the pantry with four Coke cans; one for each of us. "I just finished setting up the long been broken Coke fridge." We all like Coke, yes.

After chatting for a bit, I excused myself to wash up and change into some fresh clothes. I then headed downtown to walk around. Also, I went to the supermarket to grab a cartful of ramyeon, chips, a few supplies from the medical section like muscle patches, bandages, and antiseptics (in our line of work, we really need to stack up and have a stash of these) and a bunch of some other stuff. On my way home, I ordered three boxes of pizza and chicken knowing that the delivery will arrive a little later after I get back home.

I was on my way back when I saw a familiar face coming out of one of the shops. It was a busy street and it could've been someone else but my gut feel tells me that the man is no other than Channie-hyung. There were so many people on that part of town that I keep bumping against people and I was literally struggling to keep up with him. Desperately walking meters behind him, I called out to him.

"Channie-hyung!"

The man didn't turn to look at me. I tried calling out again, "Bang Chan!!"

Again, no response. Maybe it really wasn't him and I was just mistaken but my dumb and desperate ass thought calling out one more time wouldn't hurt so I did. I called him again. "CHRIS!!"

The man slowed down for a while- at least I think he did- and that slightest gesture made me expect that he'd look my way. But silly me to think that it was my call that got his attention. it was another call. I saw him fished out his phone from his coat pocket and answer it. It was then when I gave it up. The man I saw isn't Channie-hyung. He already left us, Felix. Stop imagining things, I told myself and continued on my way back home.
