"Hey," she called me. "Are you okay?"

Jeongyeon-seonbaenim has always been on the look out for me since the day I joined the police force. I came as a newbie brought in by one of our superiors but she didn't hesitate to put me in her team. I did my first police assignment with them. Aside from our superior, the one who brought me in the force, Jeongyeon-seonbaenim is the only one who knows my story.

"I know you don't want to be here. I don't like to be here either. But we don't have any choice," she said.

I nodded and then took a sip of my coffee from the paper cup. "I really don't want to drag them into this. It's so dangerous," I sighed.

"I know," she agreed. "But we still have to do it."

We were looking at the long and wide wall of the police station lined with photos and profiles of my former crew. "Superintendent really put you in some serious deep shit, Chan."

True.

It was two weeks ago when the Super called me to his office and discussed the matter at hand. "We've ID-ed the relic," he began once I closed the door; not even giving me the time to settle on the chair. "The third dragon head will be on display in the national museum," he said as he handed me the museum brochure.

The said golden dragon head is one of the three dragon relics of China that has been stolen by Korean bandits since the dynastic ages. China has always been searching for the three dragon heads wanting to reclaim and recall their national treasures.

"Professor Kwon advised to return the dragon head to the Chinese but the private individual who owns the relic now does not want to surrender it."

"I'm guessing he's going to auction it after the museum showcase," I said.

Superintendent nodded.

"And obviously a billion dollars will be a low offer, judging from the history of the relic and its significance," I added.

"That's why I want you to steal it, Robin Hood," the Superintendent bluntly said.

I was dumbfounded. With widened eyes I just looked at him as he smirked devilishly. He then pulled a file folder from his drawer. "I want you on the field and here's your team," and then he tossed the folder to me. As I opened it a feeling of horror washed over me. Those were the profiles of my team, 3RACHA and our new recruits. The police force has already thoroughly profiled them- from Changbin who never leaves a trail to Jeongin, our newest addition.

"You see, Chan, the Bureau Chief has been asking me for a complete list of criminal profiles," Superintendent began his blackmail. "and I can easily hand this to him the next time he drops by, but I don't think Hyunjin will be able to continue studying in SOPA if he gets into the wanted list." He was not facing me but I can hear the smirk in his voice. I just knew where this is going.

"and I think Felix will serve his time in juvenile prison. Poor child, the news will surely break his mother who is in an elderly institution in Australia."

Superintendent went on talking about my friends as if he really cared, that bastard. I really want to shove him against the wall and end him right there and then but the CCTV in his office kept me from doing so. He talked of scholarships and assistance under Jeongin and Seungmin's names; Woojin, Minho, and Jisung's past criminal records, and Changbin's sister. "It will break the poor little girl's heart if she knows her brother is a bad guy."

I sighed in defeat. "What do you want me to do?"

He smirked widely knowing that he has me on a leash. "Break in the museum, get the relic and return it to China," he straight up told me like it's just a walk in the park. He didn't even give me time to process things. "I will send men to get them."

"No. I'll do it," I said, springing from my seat. With a defeated tone, "I will talk to them."

He turned to face me and smiled. God, I really want to hit him in the gut. I was about to walk out the door when he said mockingly, "Enjoy the reunion."
