"Seulgi? Seulgi?? .... yah Kang Seulgi! "

I jumped from my wooden chair and immediately stood up and shouted at Wendy "Whaat!"

"Can you please open the door for us ? Someone's been ringing the doorbell for ages and we cant open the door because we are busy dealing with the pizza doh"

"Ugh fine!" I went out from the kitchen and walked to the front door.

Wait .... I've been here before... I mean of course its the living room.. but why is this happening again? And.. where's Jaebum? I let him in few min-

Wait a minute! It was all a dream ?? I .. I fell asleep while those two making the pizza doh??

Oh I knew what's gonna happen. I would open the door and saw Jaebum there and I let him in.. sort of.. and he turned to me and and an- "nnoooo" I whispered under my breath knowing shit was about to happen.

I opened the door and there he was ... exactly the same like what he looked like in my dream.

"Can I come in ?" He said after a few seconds of an intense eye contact.

"S-s .. sure. Sure" .. oh shit its just like the dream!

I was staring at his back when he suddenly turned around and walked towards me .

He was getting closer and closer ....

I knew exactly whats gonna happen. I shut my eyes .. He would put his hand on my cheek.... I would be able to feel his breath since his face was very close to mine ....

I heard his footsteps approaching. I was too scared to open my eyes.

I stood there not making any movements.

Oh no he's here!

Silence..

"There's dirt on your cheek"

.. Huh ?

I opened my eyes and he was just standing there looking at me

"Huh?"

"There's dirt. There" he pointed to my cheek and I immediately wiped the dirt. It was flour. Dang it.

"T-thank you" I was embarrassed. Like super embarrassed. How could I think he would caress my cheek wiping the dirt for me. He was nobody. He would definately not going to do anything romantic to you Seulgi. He barely talked to you!

Ugh

I'm such a stupid person.. wait no. I'm a smart person. Literally.

He left me and headed towards the kitchen. I could hear Mark shouting Jaebum's name and then they laughed.

I walked towards the kitchen and planned to help the couple.

I saw him sitting next to my chair. I just walked pass him "hey Wen is there anything I can do to help you?" I said rolling up my sleeves.

"Ah sure!! Can you please cut the- no no wash it first. Wash the tomatoes and after you finished, please cut them in dice size."

"Got it!" I walked to the sink and washed the tomato. I grab a knive and the tomatoes and walked towards my chair. I pulled it further accross from Jaebum so that I would not feel nervous while cutting the tomatoes.

I was in the middle of cutting the tomatoes when I cought someone looking at me.

Jaebum

"There's dirt on your cheek"

asdjfksjejlb thats it??

"Huh?"

Yeah "huh????" fcking clean it for her boi!

"There's dirt. There" I pointed at her cheek.

oh you gotta be kidding me!

"T-thank you"

I turned around and headed towards the kitchen to greet the birthday boy, Tuna, and his ... his girlfriend. Ok great.

As soon as I sit, she got in to the kitchen and started to help Wendy with the tomatoes. The way she rolled up her long brown sleeves, how she looked fine when her hair touched her serious concentrated face. I just couldn't take my eyes off her.

I immediately turn away when a pair of eyes cought mine.

Shit

I just sit there accross her while eating Mark's strawberry and talking nonsense with my bestfriend.

"Ah Seulgi this is Jaebum"

The fck Mark?!?!?!

He, this person, suddenly blurted out of nowhere introducing me to her.

"Oh hello I'm Seulgi" she smiled at me and nodded once to me.

"Yeah I know who you are"

"Um, be nice??" Mark looked at me throwing daggers through his eyes.

"Hhhh. Hi. I'm Jaebum" I said giving her my sweetest smile.

We were ready to eat the food we made and were about to watch some movies.

"Oh my god this pizza is delicious!" Wendy shouted as she crunched her nose.

"Pass me the pizza please?" I was sitting next to Mark Tuan and he were just munching the food ignoring me.

"Here" the pizza suddenly appear in front of me.

"Ah! thank you We- Seulgi. Sorry." as I look up it wasn't Wendy it was Seulgi. She handed me the pizza using a plate. She even put two slices for me.

"Its okay! And you'r welcome!"

The.smile.!

"Mark I forgot I left your birthday present! Can we go to my house to take it??" Wendy said to Mark who was sitting next to her.

This girl oh my god why

"Ummm is it okay if we left Jaebum and Seulgi here ?"

No no no no no I hate you Son Wendy

"Yeah that's fine. Jaebum knows the house so dont worry. Jaebumah I'll comeback in a few months"

Now Mark too??? Kill me

"Whatever man" Jaebum answered with an uninterested tone.

They left. The couple just left us alone in this big house. I love them. I really LOVE them. Smh

Now what am I supposed to do? He didn't even talk to me or at least tried?

I was just quiet, he was even quieter .. not saying anything and I just watch the TV screen playing a cartoon movie.

It was just awkward. Super awkward. It was just both of us only.

I sat at the end of the carpet and Jaebum was at the other end. We were close yet far away.

"Seulgi?"

Did he just-??

"Yes?" I looked at him. He still sat there hugging his knees with his head down.

I was waiting for him to say something but he was just looking at his knees.

"It was me"
