"Sorry?" I asked curiously.

"It was me who- "

His phone rang. God! Why at this moment ??? He was about to say something to me!!

"Excuse me.." he said, walking towards the back door. He left me alone with the left over pizzas...

He spent almost an hour talking with whoever the person was and the couple was just came back from Wendy's house. This meant, Jaebum would never continue the conversation he was about to do. Great!

"Thank you for today, babe" Mark said to Wendy before we left.

"No problem. Happy birthday.." they kissed. Again.

Me and Jaebum oppa was just standing there awkwardly. We sometime stole a glance for each other while waiting for the couple to finish their business.

"Um... Wendy .. its getting late.." I interrupted.

They parted and still having a moment for themselves before Wendy finally answered me "hh yes, right! We should go. Bye! " she waved her hand to the boys.

"Bye.." I waved my hand too. Only Mark who waved back.

"So you talked with Jaebum oppa?" Wendy asked as we entered her house.

"Not really but yeah. A little. He said something .. he said 'it was me' but I didn't get the chance to know what he meant by that because his phone rang and he talked like forever and then you both came and thats it." She threw herself on the bed.

"It was me ? Whats that supposed to mean? What was him? He was what?" Wendy was also curious.

"I don't know... but at least we talked.." she said while staring at the ceiling.

"Gosh why you both have to be this complicated?"

"I know ... I like him a lot... but what about him? Does he like me Wendy?"

"I think he likes you too judging from the way he act"

"But he never acted like he likes me tho. He once yelled at me- well thats my fault technically.. he has a perfect girlfriend. He never said hi to me. We never talked like ... like .. having a real conversation.. Maybe this is just a one sided love, Wendy ...."

"No its not... he likes you too, bear.." Wendy tried to calm her bestfriend.

"How do you know??" Her eyes was already wet when she looked at Wendy.

"I just know? Come on Mark oppa is his bestfriend and I'm his girlfriend so I know...."

"I wanna hear it from him"

"Who? Mark?"

"No sweety. Mark's dad. Of course its Jaebum! I wanna hear it from him if he likes me"

Time passed and the four of them became like a squad. They always together.

Everybody assumed that Jaebum was dating Seulgi because Mark is dating Wendy. But no.

Even though they're in the same group, and they looked so close, they were still didn't talk much.

Seulgi was walking towards the bathroom when suddenly someone slammed her to the locker.
