Authors note
Okay so this is my first character x reader thing, and it's really short and well... But I hope you enjoy it. :)

So, this is it huh? You wonder as you sink down in the clear waters. I'm done for, and on holiday too. You feel light as your body floats freely through the waves and you are carried in a light current. You're not sure anyone saw you go under but really who would care? You were worthless anyway. You were failing in school, and your parents didn't see too proudly of you. Right now, sinking to the bottom of the ocean was the least of your worries. Or will be. As you resist to the waters fighting to enter your system, you more than welcome the salty taste fill your mouth and down your throat, as it fills your system, making you more and more heavier. Your eyes no longer sting as you stare blankly up to the blurred sun and blue skies above the waters surface. No one will notice I'm gone, you tell yourself as your eyelids begin to get all the more heavier. The last thing you heard was a splash of water, presumably the waves, and you saw a flash of gold and skin tone before everything faded to black. Feeling yourself taking your last breath, you smile gently. Thanks for the trip, life, it was a good run...
Eyes snapped open like a lid off a shaken soda as the view of baby blue skies and a blazing sun overpowered eyesight of anything else. You breathed heavily, or rasped heavily, feeling the need to ask what had happened, but before you got the chance the taste of salt threatened your throat and what felt like gallons of water ruptured from your mouth as you turned on your side, coughing and spluttering as you emptied your lungs and stomach. Finally you swallowed and felt your throat tighten, and your stomach churn. Your vision became a little clearer as you looked around your surroundings. A light crowd of people in swimwear and summer clothes all stared at you in shock and fear, a lot of them worried as you finally reached a pair of cerulean eyes. They belonged to a blonde haired boy who was more than happy to see you well. Your cheeks became hot as they were dusted by a light blush.
"What happened?" you croaked lightly as the blonde stood, holding his hand out for yours. You took it and was very gently pulled onto your feet, stumbling a little as your balance was easily lost after being laid down for so long.
"That boy just saved your life, that's what happened!" Someone from beyond the crowd called, answering your question. Saved? But you were drowning, you took your last breath, you were sure of it. You look to the blonde who was smiling lightly at you, and glanced shyly to the floor. Did he see you go under? Did he really care if you died or not? But he didn't even know you. He was just some boy. It wasn't long before your arms were around his neck as you begun bawling into his shoulder. Someone who actually cared if you were alive, if you lived or died.
"Thank you." You whisper into his ear and a smile spreads across your lips as he holds to you tightly, patting your back affectionately.
"You're welcome." He replied. Finally the two of you part and you looked round quickly remembering your parents were around somewhere. You weren't sure as to why you were looking for them, but it just felt right. After a couple seconds of scanning the golden sands, you finally found them, both totally unaware of the commotion that was happening concerning yourself. You headed over to them, although your balance was a little off, but as long as you got to them, it didn't really matter. You finally reached them, only gaining a glance from your Mother as you stood in the way of the sun that was tanning her front. Your face was screwed into a frown as you stared down at her intensely.
"What is it (y/n)?" She asked rather coldly, as you were blocking the sun.
"What is it? What is it?! It's obvious you don't care." Your Mother gave a confused a look.
"I beg your pardon?" She retorted rather furiously.
"I almost drowned, and you didn't even try to save me." Your Mother gave you a look of shock as your eyes blurred with tears. By now your Father had lifted his shades and was looking over at you as well. You felt a hand on your shoulder and you turned to see the blonde boy behind you. You smile gently and turn back to your parents. "Perhaps you should thank..." You stopped, realizing you never learned to boy's name.
"Roxas." He leaned over and whispered in your ear.
"Thank Roxas here, for saving my life." You frown, silently thanking him for his name. Your Mother and Father both look astonished, and stare at you, both of them speechless.
"Th-Thank you..." Your Father finally speaks, nodding to Roxas however your Mother just gives a light frown at you. You return the gesture and smile at your Father. Even if they were both so mean, at least your Father was the decent one of your parents. Roxas nodded quickly and smiled, before you pulled him off away from the monsters you called parents. Sighing deeply you nod at Roxas smile happily, before embracing him in another hug.
"Thank you again Roxas." You nod, earning a bright smile from him as you pull away.
"Stop thanking me, you didn't deserve to die." He nodded. "Not today." Your cheeks were dusted by a light blush again as you looked into his eyes. Cerulean blue. You couldn't forget that color, even if you tried. The sea, the sky, your saviors eyes. Never will you forget...
